I bought the Viper helmet with headset in a motorcycle fare in Holland,i think it’s a real good helmet with music in my ears now while driving and the purchase price was really good also ,only a pitty that you don’t have any shop or website in the netherlands because the price of export to the Netherlands cost a lot.

Initially, there were some issues with the ordering process, yet after contacting them via email, everything was swiftly sorted out. The product is excellent and reached Australia in perfect shape.

I contacted you regarding my undelivered parcel and heard nothing back. I think this is bad customer service. I also emailed the courier to report it. I finally received it a few days later. I think its just curtious to reply.

Excellent customer service! The lid I ordered turned out to be ‘out of stock’ when it came to shipping. They contacted me immediately, very apologetic and offered an upgrade at no extra cost! Now that’s customer service!

Nice product, good price and would have been a quick delivery but evri sabotaged that!
Gloves are tight, hopefully they'll stretch a bit - I was at the top end of the size window for L, probably should have gone for XL.
