Arrived in the post with the packaging damaged, and was scratched out of the packet. Extremely hard to see through, to the point where it might be a safety hazard. Doesn't steam up super easily unless you breathe directly on it.

It is when things go wrong that you see the true colours of a company.
I recently ordered a helmet from these guys that because of the delivery company, went missing during delivery, and turned up around 300 miles away. Nothing was too much trouble for them when sorting the issue out and the company went to a great deal of effort to send me a new helmet ASAP AND used a different and more expensive carrier to ease my nervousness about it getting lost again. It is when things go wrong that you see the true colours of a company. Thanks guys. I will definitely use you again for my bike gear.
