Very friendly, woman at front was awesome, great service 10 stars for her! But ....it was advertised for $45 month for a small unit and same unit actually cost $65-70 month

Lots of hidden fees/maintenance/insurance/administrative tidal wave insurance, hitting the enter button on the computer fee lol
Far better to just have the ad say 65-70$
for a 5x10 unit lol

I found RightSpace Storage an excellent choice even though I had to travel miles to get to it. They provided everything I need for my long-term storage requirements; very clean and secure facility that is air conditioned and maintained. The staff was very helpful and answered all my questions each time I was there. I would highly recommend this business.

The staff is on time round the clock protecting my goods and keeping me aware of any abnormalities .

I'm highly recommend this place to managment is outstanding and the storage sheds are clean they do a great job it moved here from Denver and we've been using it it's a nice place

My friend referred me and I was very disappointed after reserving a 10 x 10 unit on line. I was never told I would have to pay for 2 locks until I got there with my items to store and had no choice at the time. I am very disappointed about that. I have one unit and had to pay for two locks! An additional $16.27 of which I cannot afford.

Great staff! Great space!.. My only complain would be that the rent is too high. But the excellence in the staff made up for it.

I was treated well by the employee that handled my transaction. However I was referred by my son who should have been given a discount on his next bill. There was another employee who said very rudely "No" to the request for the discount. That woman needs some customer service training. Well, my son is getting his discount but had to go up there to show proof that the discount is warranted when a referral is given.
