I have 2 storage units threw right space and they were both very clean when I got them sherry was very pleasant to deal with anytime I've had to call them for any reason Ken and Sherry have both been very helpful. I would recommend them to everyone I know looking for storage

Honestly nothing but bad experiences. 2 years ago when we first attempted to rent a unit the office clerk had a diabetic episode and physically attacked my wife.

Pretty much every interaction we have with office staff is rude. When my wife recently rented a space, it was a little after 5 pm and the stated hours were until 6 pm. The woman was rushing my wife and acting short with her because she wanted to close early.

Yesterday we drove from central Gilbert only to find out from a sign posted on the door that they were temporarily closing @ 4pm on Mondays & Tuesdays. This is unacceptable without first communicating with tenants.

So far we have had a very positive experience with our rental.

I found that making the reservation and check-in went smoothly.
The space was clean.
All went smoothly.

I've been with right space now over 5 years the security is top notch the comments areas are always well maintained I've actually had two units here and never an issue

If I was you I would totally get there and grab a fairly priced unit b4 there all gone

Overall very satisified with RightSpace storage. Units are clean, secure and easy access. Could use better lighting both inside and out. The entry keypad and drive are at an odd angle making it difficult to reach from your vehicle window without scraping the curb. Overall though, very satisfied.

Your desk person that I have dealt with on two occasions now has been extremely rude. It has been on the weekends both times . She has absolutely NO CUSTOMER SERVICE skills!!! Because of her, once I am done with this storage I will not be coming back to this location again. I also will deter anyone I know from using this facility.

RIGHT SPACE on Londonderry Rd has been awesome! Great customer service, reasonable unit prices and very clean indoor storage units! I've been impressed!!!
