Nice place good customer services

I went to move my stuff in with a moving company, but they forgot to take their lock out. So I had to pay another $300 to get the moving company to bring my stuff back and unload the next day. The storage unit did offer me two free months of rent, but I had 50% for one of them so it was only half of the 2nd amount I had to pay for the moving company to come back. On their website, it says that they are temperature controlled, but the room is not completely closed off with a three inch opening at the top that allows bugs and moisture to come in. But it is too much of a hassle to find another place and pay to have it moved again so I'm sticking it out with them.

Clean, secure, friendly staff, great access with vehicles. Wish they had a light in the locker.

I stored a car. Not to much turn space to get into the storage cube.

We had a good experience. It was easy to rent our storage unit. The price was clear. It was easy to switch to a bigger unit when we needed it.

Climate controlled is a joke. It's almost always HOT as HAYELL in there, AND the air runs very little. Some of the staff IS ALWAYS rude, and then there are 2 women that are sweet as can be. I dread when I have to call when the mean ones are there. They act like they personally own the storage facility! Also, the lights go out if you are working inside your unit which is a pain but the worst thing is you cannot have access to work there at night on reorganizing or combining items, etc. when it's cooler. They close at 9, and it's MANDATAORY. If you don't leave at 9 you are LOCKED OUT. That is ludricrous. I have storage in another state, and have been able to get many things done after hours because the weather is cooler, and I can spread my items out, etc. I would not recommend this place unless your storage is perfectly organized before you put it in there.

Good Storage Spaces: Need electrical lighting and electrical outlets.

Very good prices, clean reliable storage location. Just took a little longer than expected at the front desk. A bit slow/under staffed during busy weekend hours.

Very satisfied with how easy to sign up online. Also all my phone contact has been very professional and staff is very helpful and accommodating.

Few little bumbs - my online reservation was not in their system but they honored the free one month and price. It is busy Saturday mid morning so I suggest you go either earlier or after lunch. Very helpful; and friendly.
