Excellent place for storage, love the fact that I can access my locker 24 hours a day 365 days a year and customer service is friendly and very professional. Great experience and would use right space again for future storage needs.

Office personnel are great. Register for your storage unit online and you will get a better price than if you walk in the door.

We needed storage and felt lucky to be able to find one so close to our home. We had used. Them before and were very satisfied with availability of unit and hours open. After we thought we were through we found out we needed another unit. Last minute also. Ran to office and was able to find one close to our unit. Competent office help with wonderful attitude. Would use again.

The initial paperwork took forever to complete. The woman assisting was fantastic though.
We can to use the automatic gate on the first day and it did not work. We made a couple calls, left messages, and did not get a return call or follow up. This greatly angered us as we had two loaded vehicles to go into storage.
We returned the next day while someone was in the office and the code to the gate was ironically working. Still no follow up from owner, manager though.
The location itself is clean and secure.

I am a returned customer, from 10 years ago, at this storage unit. I was warmly greeted by the manager, Dawn, who I find is always busy taking care of the place. The unit she showed me was very cleaned and I signed up for it right away. When I came back with some items to store, she already had me logged in the gate so I had no problems getting in.

Friendly and helpful staff in the office. Clean facility and reasonably priced.

I just rented a unit with RightSpace and the process was simple and the on-line rental fee is very competitive! I would recommend this storage company!

So far almost, a month in, I have absolutely no complaints. The service is as advertised. The space is clean and well kept, and access has been without difficulty. My only suggestion would be repair to automatic door closures on ground floor near dock. Door is left open about 50% of the time when I have used the facility.

Easy process/paperwork to obtain a unit. Thorough explanation of policies and answered all questions adequately.

Booked and paid for everything over the phone, then they emailed me the documents to sign and send back and everything was automated through email and internet. Very smooth and easy quick transaction, plus the 50% off first month rental payment was great Bonus. Thanks
