Absolute robbing company if you ever think or ordering form this absolute rubbish company think again they take your money and you don’t recieve anything for it scammers if I could get my hand on the guy writing the emails and I can’t belive they do this while covid 19 is on it shocks me humans are like this Stay well clear

I echo all the previous reviews - total scam. Placed my order over a month ago and still no sign of a tracking number. I was more than happy to cut them a bit of slack given that we’re in the middle of a global pandemic but all I’m getting is excuses (despite being told I would get a tracking number in 2-3 working days). At a time like this when we should be pulling together, it’s a shame that people are taking advantage of one another.

Customer service is simply disgraceful. They will leave you in the dark and expect you to chase them.

I am currently demanding a full refund and taking legal action.

Have contacted company for a refund and just keep telling me there is a hold up with distribution.

Advised there is a issue with orders but the company lacks empathy. Failed to deliver my product and dont seem intent on issuing a refund. %100 DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SCAM.

This is a SCAM. Do not go near here and report it as much as you can. All the 1 stars for this company speak for themselves. They take your money and provide you no product and keep leading you on with emails that give you no information.

Had to give 1 star, as couldn't give zero. Same as everyone else on here, SCAM. PayPal account is a restaurant in Tenerife. Just keep getting the same email, from the same guy. Have contacted PayPal and left it with them. Reported page to Facebook as a scam, but typical Facebook ignored it. AVOID!!! Disgusting that people are taking advantage of people during a pandemic. UPDATE 18/05.
I received my refund from PayPal today, If you paid with PayPal, open a case.

Been three weeks and no response. Terrible customer service. Will report to trading standards.

Same as has been said. Ordered the product, Three weeks later no sign of it. When I asked for a tracking number or to cancel I suddenly had no response.

Got my money back through the bank but avoid this company

Do not use these people. Cliaming today order by the 29th get your rig by the 3 when two weeks ago I was emailed back saying dispatch dates 1-2weeks it's into week 3 I've asked for refund and got nothjng back no response at all

Only put 1 star as you cant put 0! SCAM alert, takes your cash and then fails to deliver, this is too good to be true so don't bother

Do not make a purchase. You won’t receive your item and they will take your money! Did not receive my order, so I sent them an email several times as that’s the only form of contact, after many emails and no response I decided to contacted the bank to raise a dispute & found out it was a fake site. The bank thought that I had purchased some tickets of some sort!

Scam Scam Scam ordered product, website states no delays in shipping. They were quick to take my money. Claiming to ship Monday to Friday and will supply shipping /tracking number. Nothing as yet. They claim to respond to emails within 24 hours so emailed them. No response. I have now raised my concerns with my bank having read the reviews here, who have said I have to wait 15 days from the date the money was taken out of my account and phone them back. I will repeat, 'Scam Scam Scam' avoid at all costs

I can only endorse what others are saying: whether it is a scam or not, they are not based in London but in Tenerife, they are not dispatching goods according to the time scale they are advertising (which they claim to be unaffected by Covid-19) and I have yet to get an answer by e-mail. Avoid because they are not delivering what they promise even assuming they deliver anything at all.

The scam comments are all accurate. They will take your money, not deliver and then ignore all of your attempts to communicate with them.

Ordered from this lot because they claim on their website that they are in the U.K and are shipping products even with COVID-19, turns out the website they provided on my PayPal invoice is a nightclub in Tenerife! I haven’t even bothered contacting them, I’ve just opened a dispute with PayPal. I advise anyone who has ordered from them to do the same.
