Bought a riiroo digger for my grandson for Christmas big big box had to assemble but opened the box packed well supprised to see rubber tracks assembled in 10 minutes easy to put together a bit big to carry out to my shed but was able to drive it out with the remote control all in all 10/10 for price, quality also worth mentioning is that I ordered it on the Sunday before Christmas and had it 2 days later

I’d like to commend Riiroo for their customer service. The issue I had was not with Riiroo but with the delivery partner. I emailed Riiroo after 4pm on a Friday not expecting a response until Monday. I had a reply from an actual person in 20 minutes and full ownership was taken and actions listed. In an era of automation and not being able to speak to service depts this was extremely welcome and appreciated.

Terrible service, I have bought over 6 cars and motorbikes never had a problem this Christmas order two cars one of them missing all the parts just the body work sent, got told it would be replaced on the 23 of December then to get a email asking me to check again for the parts on the 30 of December after already telling them they have not been sent and we was told a replacement being sent out witch was obviously a lie as you’re now saying the parts are not available what’s missing. You will have 2days from this being posted to get it picked up or will be getting burnt in the box and tagged all over your social media with the back story.
Will never use this company again.

We’ve had our ride on tractor for 2 years now. It’s been fantastic. My son has driven it all round the yard, fields and tracks. We’ve had to replace the accelerator and ignition switches in that time but the customer support has been great. Parts are cheap, easy to get and easy to fit. The ignition switch was even sent out for free, just before Christmas which meant I could get the tractor running in time for the holidays.

Buggy came next day delivery. My son-in-law assembled it and his comments were the wheel rod wasnt quite long enough so had to leave a washer off and the wheel arch needed a bit shaving off. Other than that it's a brilliant car and the elves did well.

I have paid to have a quad assembled and delivered by you for my children for Christmas, we have gone to take them out in it and the petrol is leaking, needless to say my children were upset crying and disappointed. I am most put out the fact that I have paid for you to assemble it to avoid this situation, also why are you removing my comments on social media weeks later that still are not resolved? You got time for that but wouldn’t get back to me?
Firstly their website is an absolute mess to order from. Finally managed to get an order in but when it came to assembly shortly before Christmas it became apparent that parts of the item were missing. They were contacted and assured me that the missing parts would be put on an overnight to arrive before Christmas. Then at the last hour they stated they did not have the information they needed. I forwarded proof of emails from weeks ago showing I had emailed them with this information and they had responded to say they have it and everything was okay to process. After this they then ceased all contact and left a child without his biggest gift over Christmas. Complete 'take your money and hide' outfit. Would definitely recommend anyone shops elsewhere for better customer service.
Amazing service - turned up Xmas eve (typical last minute bloke thing to do) with an issue from an order - they couldn’t do enough to support me and ensure everything was as expected. They even assembled the car for me to ensure everything was perfect for Xmas day. Top job - Thank you!
