We purchased two of Rinkit's folding tables as we have a larger number of people coming around for Christmas day, and our usual dining table is not big enough.

First of all this is a quality product, well made, sturdy and ideal for festive Christmas meal.

One of the tables did have some damage on arrival, but that is when you see how good a company's customer service is, and I have to say in the case of Rinkit, it was exceptional.

I purchased the product from Amazon, so had to go through Amazon's return process, which only offered the option for a return and refund. But on completion of the return you are given the Rinkit's customer services phone number. I called the number to explain the situation, and Ana was extremely helpful. She sorted our the situation in a couple of minutes, and a replacement table arrived the next day. Fantastic customer service. I would definitely buy from Rinkit again.

What a great company to deal with. Now on my second order from ringkit. Item arrived promptly and on time. Sadly as it was glass ware one was damaged in transit. I emailed the Customer service team and got a fabulous response within minutes, apologising and sending a replacement-Thank you Ana

My 2nd order was for dinner plates and other items,some of the plates arrived broken,super fast response to my email and replacements arriving in 2 or 3 days,hows that for service,great company and i will definetely be using them again

First time using this company and OMG what a Gold Star service ! Received delivery the following day . Unfortunately one of the items was damaged set an email have a response within 5 minutes with a satisfactory resolution. Well done Rinkit! Absolutely amazing !!!

I ordered 2 folding tables online and delivered 2 days later. Unfortunately I notice the packaging was burst and after removing the tables from the packaging I found that one of the tables were damaged. I called customer service to explain and was asked to send an email with a couple of pictures which I did. Within 15 minutes I received an email to say I will be sent out a new table in 3 days.

Apology received.

I had not heard of RInkit before but they were very competitively priced so I ordered from them. There was an issue with my delivery and order. The customer service from this company was second to none. They were prompt to respond every time I contacted them and sorted the issue quickly and pleasantly. I have no hesitation in recommending this company both for price and customer service and I would be happy to use them in future.

The site was easy to look at great prices, different ideas plenty of choices . Simple to order and options to pay. Fast delivery. Did have a little issues, but has been swiftly dealt with. Happy to order from these again great customer service.

Amazing company that sell a wide variety of goods at exceptionally low prices. I received my first order yesterday and was very pleased with it. It comes very well packaged and delivery is next day. Customer service response is extremely speedy and nothing is too much trouble. I would definitely recommend them. I ordered two Coffee Cups and saucers which are excellent quality. Unfortunately one of the saucers had been badly chipped in transit (even though they were really well packaged). I contacted customer services late evening on Friday and there was a reply first thing on Saturday morning apologising and saying a replacement was on it's way! Replacement arrived today! Excellent Customer Service and excellent products.

I bought a dinner service from Rinkit. The plates are fantastic, just what I wanted. Good quality and very pleasing to the eye. Unfortunately, one side plate was broken. I contacted Rinkit and they sent a replacement. The customer service team are brilliant. The replacement plate came the very next day. I am well impressed. I highly recommend Rinkit.

Great service and fixed a problem for me straight away.

I’ve had a great experience with this company! When something broke in transit, they communicated with me right away and quickly resolved the issue. A replacement was sent out the very next day. Ana was especially helpful throughout the process—professional, kind, and efficient. Highly recommend!

Bought some bits which arrived in record time, however there was a slight issue with one item which was acknowledged and corrected within 24hours.
I always say never judge a company when things are going great judge them on how they act if there is an issue.
