A real pleasure to deal with ..no fuss or anything .. will gladly ship with them again.

I had a delivery of two chairs via rinkit, which I purchased through Tesco market place (3 points for every £1!) one chair had a minor fault and I asked to return item, I was sent a replacement within 2 days no quibbles or questions(just a photo of the damage)

I have used this company several times and have always found service excellent. I ordered late Saturday evening and it arrived on Monday morning. Everything I ordered was there, well packaged and good quality. Prices were cheaper than I could find anywhere else for exactly the same product and postage charge was extremely low for the two large boxes I received. Bought direct from them not via Amazon or similar.

Ordered a garden table 4 chairs for 2 day delivery, arrived a week later , table had a crack and one chair was ripped in half, rinkit arranged 2 bogus pick ups for the 3 good chairs,waited in 2 days for nothing and as yet no return or refund. Avoid at all costs it’s now been four weeks and I’m down a lot of money and a whole lot of aggro with no resolution in site. They just keep arranging pick up days until you give up.

Unbelievable service, ordered slate table mats on Sunday afternoon and received them in perfect condition the following day by Monday early afternoon! You can fault a service like that!!

I ordered 2 sun loungers which arrived on 23/06/25, 1 had a broken part, I emailed Rinkit within the hour, and withing 15 minutes they'd emailed back telling me the part would be posted for next day delivery, and sure enough it arrived yesterday 24/06/25.

My first time purchasing an item on Rinkit and the service was excellent.

I bought 2 raised beds from this company which were delivered promptly and of excellent quality.
Putting them together I thought I was short of 3 screws so emailed the company. Lo and behold within 48 hours a new raised bed was delivered to me! Now this is above and beyond and absolutely wonderful customer service for which I am very grateful. The raised beds are such good quality and look great in my garden. Thank you so much Rinkit for your terrific service and great product.

Like everyone else leaving a review for this company, appears items are arriving damaged, but, with glass it’s to be expected. I also ordered a set of six wine glasses, and one was damaged. I too contacted the company and both Ana and Victoria were only too happy to help, replacement dispatched and received within 24 hours. I personally cannot fault the customer service.

What a great company ! Love the coffee glasses I bought, I had a slight fault with a couple and emailed them, it was so easy, they were really helpful and have such fantastic customer service, my replacement was sent immediately. Definitely the best place to shop.

Lovely cups excellent quality. Delivered in 24 hours. Part order missing. They answered my email within the hour and sorted the issue and I received the rest of the order within 24 hours. No complaints they are a pleasure to deal with! First class service received from this company!!

Beautiful products but one glass broken (lack of packing was a definite issue) however sending me new straight away. Frame was sealed in a pack of 5 so obviously not there fault at all but this was also damaged, clearly upon production. Ordered many of these frames in the past for my art & always beautiful so a one off unlucky. Point is, when things not perfect they are sorting not running which is great service these days 🥰

Ordered glass tumblers from Rinkit via Amazon. Evri managed to damage them before delivery. Had difficulty getting through to Rinkit via Amazon so emailed them direct. Victoria replied promptly and replacements arrived within a couple of days. Great customer service

I am a repeat customer of this company who always have the best prices and customer services. This time a canister arrived with a broken lid and seconds after emailing I was promised another as a replacement and you just don’t see customer service like that anymore. Brilliant!

Bought 60 glasses for my daughter's 21st. Really good quality and price. Unfortunately one arrived broken. A replacement was dispatched within 24hrs. Fantastic service.

I have made a few purchases from rinkit now and everything has been great. My last delivery was a mirror but it arrived broken with the courier. I emailed rinkit amd within about 30 mins I had a reply amd was told they would send a replacement out Nd I should have it within 3 to 5 days, it arrived the following day. Great company, amazing customer service and will be definitely be buying more

So, ordered a yellow and white sun parasol from Rinkit via Amazon. It arrived in a black plastic bin bag. The parasol was grey and yellow, so not white and yellow as described. The quality was absolutely shocking. I would be embarrassed to be seen with it. Sent it back and it took me a MONTH and a load of emails to get a refund. Definitely think at least four or five times before you order from Rinkit.

I have purchased various items from the company. Everything is of very good quality and reasonably priced!
The last delivery arrived with two broken cups in the box. I sent a photo, and within an hour I received an email saying that I would receive new cups within three days!
Absolutely professional and attentive — I’m impressed by their customer care and, most of all, their promptness!

The item arrived yesterday but was damaged. I contacted the supplier and they came back virtually straight away with the promise of a replacement which has arrived today . Extremely good service.

Absolutely incompetent, rude and disgusting company should not be allowed to operate. I will be going out my way to make sure no friends or family use these ever. Learn to read and speak to people properly! Also theyre products are complete garbage and come badly damaged and are trash. Customer service purposely dragging things out and endless mistakes make them infuriating to contact. AVOID!!!
