I purchased six hiball glsses from this company which arrived promptly unfortunately one was broken on arrival emailed them , got a quick response from Ana the following day i received a complete new set absolutely fantastic customer service

I ordered a set of 2 freestanding mirrors from them via Debenhams.
They arrived and seemed okay. However, when I attached the bases to the mirrors, the mirror kept on catching the frame on the larger one.
I contacted them and instead of apologising and asking me to return it they defended it saying in their opinion it is cosmetic and is acceptable. This is despite me sending them a video clearly showing it catching as the mirror was tilted backwards or forwards.
They offered a discount if I kept it (what does that remind you of?) but It's just cheap rubbish so is going back.
Attitudes like this just underline why they're not worth the risk of taking a chance with them again. All you have to do is own it, say sorry then remove the offending item as quickly as possible. Seems that is just too much to expect from some companies.

I have ordered three glass infuser teapots from Rinkit through Tesco marketplace and they are brilliant. Really good quality, and beautifully made. I also had a problem with a delivery on my last order but their customer service team were great; super quick to respond and resolve the issue. Would definitely recommend

1 item was missing, I sent an email in the evening and Ana got back to me quickly and sent the missing item out for delivery the next day! Excellent customer service.

I have received my order super quickly. Unfortunately one item was damaged, but as soon as I have reached to the customer care, they’ve replied super quickly and sent me a replacement. All being very kind

It's the first time I have ordered from Rinkit and although there was one item missing, the products were well packaged to prevent any possible damage in transit, and when I contacted the team they were more than helpful in resolving the issue. Excellent service.

I have used Rinkit many times and have never been disappointed, from ordering on their easy to navigate website to paying, is simple, I ordered yesterday and it arrived today, super fast delivery. One of the items arrived broken , not Rinkits fault its the way the Courier handled it, contacted Rinkit and within minutes I had an Email to confirm a replacement was on it's way, super speedy reply and very positive response from Rinkit, look forward to using your site again

Bought 6 of there mugs to match my kitchen decor. Wonderful product and great size. Had problems with delivery but not the company’s fault. Customer Services where excellent when contacted and very supportive would definitely buy from this company again.

I ordered 4 gin glasses from Rinkit but when they arrived they didn’t all match. I emailed them and immediately received a response saying they would send another 2 to match. 4 arrived a few days later Excellent customer service.

We ordered a set of bowls. First delivery unfortunately contained the wrong item -- mistakes happen. Customer service responded immediately and send out replacements. Half of the set then was damaged due to improper handling by the delivery company. Again, replacements were sent immediately, and this time everything went perfect. A* service, and great product.

I ordered jars and glasses , however part of my order was missing . I emailed and quickly got a response to apologise and confirmation of my replacement a few hours later . This has been great service , I received my complete order today , thank you so much Mathilde for handling this quickly and for a great service!

Amazing product and A* customer service!

Ordered a set of 24 glasses from Rinkit (via Debenhams) and, when it arrived 3 were damaged (only 1 broken, two with a teeeeny chip each).

Emailed them immediately, got a fast response that same evening and, within a couple hours I had replacement glasses on their way to me - no fuss, apologetic and efficient.

Less than 48 hrs later, glasses have just arrived safe and sound and it's like it never happened!

(I order a lot, I neeeeever actually get round to doing reviews, so that I've done this one is a sign of how happy I was with service! I'd definitely say stronger outer delivery box material would be a simple solve to the breakage issues ✨)

Amazing quality hooks for less than half the price than elsewhere and they delivered next day for only 3.99! I only received them today and have already made a second order.
