Extraordinary service. Arrived the next day even though it was Evri. I can't praise this company enough and I will be ordering again.

Absolutely great customer service, had an item that arrived with a anomaly in it and the team had no issues with sending a replacement and when Evri smashed the replacement prior to delivering it, they quickly sent another. Would be great if other firms copied this customer service.

I bought yesterday a set of 24 glasses from Rinkit. I ve chose to buy from them because they are selling it a bit cheaper than some other companies.
It was delivered today, as promised, and l am happy with my purchase. The glasses look exactly like the picture and description . Unfortunately, one of the glasses was broken, so l ve emailed Rinkit attaching a picture as well. I ve received a response in less then 30 min., from Mathilde, wich very helpfully assure me that l will receive a replacement in less then a week.

WOW! The fantastic service I’ve received from the team at Rinkit is really how all businesses should work. The order was delivered extremely quickly, but unfortunately one of the items was broken, when I contacted the team, I received an immediate response, offering a replacement, which was then immediately posted! Thanks particularly to Evangeline and also to Ben. Absolutely brilliant company, will be using them again!

Promising company - good site, easy to order and quick order dispatch, only to be let down by their courier. Still waiting to receive an order placed 3 days ago despite paying for next day delivery.

Ordered 6 cappuccino cups and saucers, on arrival a saucer was broken. Emailed customer service and a lady called Lauren replied to tell me a replacement was in the post. Arrived next day. Excellent customer service.

Highly impressed with Rinkit! Quick delivery (order on Sunday and arrived on Monday with next day). One glass arrived chipped, not their fault but the couriers!, and when I contacted them they sent a replacement immediately. Will definitely use them again

I am delighted with the storage jars I bought. They are stylish and functional. My second order had some items missing, but I contacted the company on Saturday, and the missing items arrived in Monday! That's what I call excellent service. I will certainly use again, and would recommend to anyone.

I have purchased a couple of times from Rinkit and found their kitchen goods to be of great value and quality. The storage jars and cereal bowls are repeat orders for us, they are great! The customer service I received when needed was excellent, with a quick response and resolution by email. I would 100% recommend this company for great value home and garden goods!

Glasses arrived, excellent quality and good delivery time. Several of the glasses had been damaged in the delivery process, when I emailed rinkit they had them replaced immediately with no extra cost and no need to return the originals. Very impressed would definitely recommend! Excellent customer service!

Awful .. ordered last week for next day delivery.. emailed them to ask why not delivered and told me stock issue and just cancelled the order. Left me completely in the lurch.A week before Christmas..
Avoid at all costs … go to a company that is reliable.

My first time ordering from this company. Holyhead was closed due to storm damage. Order was transferred through France. Some items arrived broke and straightaway without any fuss they offered to replace them. Staff were extremely pleasant and efficient

I found some plates that I wanted sold by Rinkit through Amazon. I went directly to Rinkit instead, and cannot recommend it enough. They offered a better price and great customer service, so I took the leap and bought from them. The order arrived quickly, but sadly one of the plates was broken. I reached out to customer services and got an immediate response (on a Saturday evening no less). They sorted it out and I had a replacement plate at my doorstep within days.

I cannot believe the level of contempt this company has for its customers. Upon scrolling through the Black Friday 'offers' this year, I noticed that the full price of many items appeared to be very high, raising my suspicions that the company was artificially inflating its pre-sale prices in order to make its sale prices appear highly discounted.

My suspicions were correct - all the pre-sale prices have now miraculously vanished and the regular prices of many goods are the same as the Black Friday prices, which were supposed to be up to 75% off.

For example, the 115ml Klasik Turkish tea set was advertised as being reduced from £19.99 to £5.99 during the Black Friday event, yet the regular price is £5.99. This is the case for prices across the whole website.

Is this not illegal? It's a disgrace and I certainly won't be shopping with Rinkit any more.

My order came super quick I think it was the next working day and I’d only paid for standard shipping! The items I ordered are great quality and were a great price, one part of my order was damaged in transit but I sent an email to customer services and they replied immediately the next morning (I’d emailed very late at night) and arranged a replacement for me. All in all a great experience and I’ll definitely be shopping with Rinkit again.
