So fast and excellent value for money. Product quality is perfect! Sent one wrong item and immediately sent the correct item out the next day and I was allowed to keep the wrong item.

Really trustworthy fab company!

There was a mistake with my order. They could not have been more charming (or quicker) in sorting things out. Brilliant customer service, fantastic attitude.

Ordered two picture frames, one sadly was cracked on the glass. Contacted customer service and a replacement shipped within the hour. Maybe there could have been a little more protective packaging but the customer service is excellent.

I ordered a picture frame from here and it was delivered broken, I contacted customer support and they very quickly sent another in the mail which also arrived broken. There was very little protective packaging on either package, just a cardboard box and soft plastic mailer. I contacted customer support again and they gave me a full refund.
The product itself looks nice and I’m disappointed to not be able to use it but very impressed with the prompt and helpful replies from customer support.

Ordered a glass chopping board unfortunately it had some damaged even though well packaged. It arrived within 24 hours.
I contacted customer service by email had a reply within an hour.
They despatched a replacement which again arrived the next day.

I ordered some cups which were dispatched promptly. Upon delivery the box was damaged so it came as no surprise that one of the cups was broken. Another had a small manufacturing flaw. I emailed the company and received an instant response from Katie and by the end of the day replacement items had been dispatched. Incredible customer service.

Next day deliever 2 where broken but replaced with no problem looking forward to setting my Christmas table with my new glasses and having my porn star martini in the Martini glasses

Although my order was damaged on arrival, I spoke to Customer Service and I received excellent customer service from Danielle. My order was immediately dispatched again the same day and it arrived within 24 hours.
I am so pleased with how my issue was rectified, that shall be placing another order this week!

First time purchase direct from Rinkit. Ordered 6 sets of drinking glasses super quick delivery. Items well packaged all items were perfectly intact. Will definitely purchase items from them again.

Absolute scam. I returned items of 90 plus pounds worth out of a total order of 140 pounds. I used the procedure they asked with EVRI as their designated courier which I paid on top. EVRI collected on July. Rinkit has not updated their systems until now (September) of the return and now Klarna (which I had used for the purchase) is asking me to pay for the amount for items I actually do not have. No response from Rinkit if course nir EVRI and Klarna does not accept as proof of return EVRI s email and screenshot of the collection! Avoid the company!

I made my first purchase from Rinkit recently. I was very happy with the price and quality of wine glasses I ordered from them... very competitive. However, one glass arrived chipped. Customer services were amazing. A very speedy response and new glass in the post straight away . I wish more companies had such good customer service. Thank you Rinkit.
