I ordered 2 boxes of glass dessert dishes which were posted to me, and one dish arrived broken. That same day I took a photo and sent through the image and accompanying text explaining the situation - but not anticipating anything could be done to replace it. How could anyone discern where the responsibility lay, plus I appreciated the complexity in replacing a single object from a boxed set of 6. Received a prompt reply - during the height of Christmas trading - which was rather unexpected, however even more surprising was Rinkit's willingness and ability to solve the problem. A new one was already on its way within 2 days. Absolutely impressed by this company and their ability to solve problems which gives 100% confidence in any future purchases I would make.

Rinkit are fantastic
Rinkit are fantastic. I ordered drinking glasses from them and they arrived with in the week. One of the glasses were broken so I emailed them and they replied that day and sent out a replacement with no hassle
The glasses are beautiful and great quality. Will definitely use them again
