Excellent customer service! Unfortunately had an issue with my item so I sent an email, and a replacement was sent to me same day! Didn't have to pay extra costs or send back the other item.

First time purchasing from Rinkit was very pleased with the products I received and when I received one broken they were happy to replace the item without hassle only problem I came across was the service the use for delivery was terrible didn't rec6utem when promised .

Products are great and easily affordable. I had a tiny issue with my order but the company responded to my email very quickly and provided me with a resolution. They were very quick to act on it, amazing service.

Really well priced items and fantastic products (Tiny Dining kids tableware). I had a small issue with my order and the team were onto it immediately and had it resolved in no time! Very happy customer and I would definitely recommend.

Received some tea, sugar and coffee canisters with very minor scratches on top of the lid. Emailed the company and they were prompt in offering me a discount. I requested exchanging them for better ones because it’s for my new home and they offered me new ones, without returning my other ones. Very delighted 😊. Thank you

Purchased a number of items from Rinkit. Prices are low but quality of products received is high. I did have an issue with a set of glasses not being delivered which was promptly dealt with in a professional and courteous manner. Poppy in customer service is extremely friendly and helpful, providing updates on delivery and support where needed.
Would definitely purchase again from Rinkit.

Appalling service. First couldn’t find my order. Now supposedly Hermes have an issue with delivery. This is just really a very bad service from start…with no finish in site

Great customer service. I had an issue with a mirror that I bought and they sorted it out and sent out a replacement super quickly. Absolutely fabulous to deal with, and have a great range of reasonably priced homewares. Will definitely shop with them again in future as it's clear that they care about their customers!

First time I purchased from this company. I'm happy to say that Delivery was prompt. However, slight hiccup - wrong colour of item was received, it was written correctly on the box (who ever packed it made a genuine mistake). I wrote an email. Within few hours I was delighted to hear from Poppy. Not only did she answer my email, but instantly found a solution for me, I was completely satisfied. What a relief to find an 'selling organisation' that takes seriously any error and fixes it almost immediately. Staff member Poppy is to be commended for the prompt and courteous manner in which my "Oops-s-a Daisy ...HELP .. I am one item short" anxious email was handled.
Mind you I still think it was a bit of a worry that the order contained an error. Let it be a salutary reminder that perhaps a second person checks the despatch item !
