Great customer service and lovely products. Even before receiving my order, I already experienced their great service as they applied the Easter discount after I ordered and asked about it in an email. I ordered cups and plates and bowls but, unfortunately, not everything survived the trip. One email was enough, replacement on the way.
Would definitely order again from these guys!

Customer service team is Outstanding and Fast Delivery!! There was a minor issue with the item I had ordered, however Rinkit rectified the issue immediately. I was very delighted and impressed with their prompt response and the resolution. Overall the product was Excellent, Value for money and Fantastic customer service. Definitely will be purchasing through them again and highly recommend to others!

I ordered a number of dinner plates, side plates and cereal bowls, of which a couple were broken/appeared faulty upon arrival. I contacted customer service with photos to let them know, and within a few hours, I had received a reply apologising and advising that replacements would be sent out to me. This happened on Good Friday, where almost every business in Australia is closed!

The products were beautiful, postage was a reasonable flat rate, arrived very quickly and customer service the best I have ever experienced. Will definitely buy again.

I ordered some knobs there was a slight problem with my order but they sent me out replacements free of charge

I ordered glass water jugs which were quickly dispatched and, although one was cracked on receipt, a replacement was on it's way within hours. This has been a more than satisfactory experience and I would thoroughly recommend rinkit for exemplary service.

Very fast shipping and communication. I got exactly what I ordered on line. 2 door knobs were slightly chipped and when I emailed I received a very prompt reply and they sent 2 replacements no questions asked! Very happy with purchase and customer service, would highly recommend to anyone!

Fast shipping, great quality products exactly as pictured/described and amazing customer service. One order arrived with a broken glass damaged during transit and they arranged for a replacement glass to complete the set almost immediately!

Communication was clear and prompt , as was delivery. When a plate broke in my hands a couple of weeks after I had recieved it, Rinkin replaced it within days of my query.

Placed order on Sunday. Received order by Thursday. 3 items had little chip in transit. Send email with photos. Received reply promptly with good assistance. They send the replacement straight away and I don’t need to send the damage one back. Also by Friday afternoon received email from post office for delivery of replacement items for Monday. Can’t fail products and services. Was my first time ordering but I will definitely order again. Thanks

Absolutely outstanding customer service. I had an error with my order, within half an hour i had a reply from customer service, apologising and rectifying the issue by sending replacments without me having to return the faulty items.
Im delighted with my crockery set, fantastic quality and unique designs. Also my large order was delivered within a few days. Excellent service and value. Would highly recommend!!

Received my slate place mats and coasters which are amazing, I had a chip in one 😥. I emailed them straight away with a picture and they are sending another place mat through free of charge, and the plus is I didn’t have to return the chipped one. Brilliant company to deal with. I love my dinner set I ordered. Had a slight defect with one plate and bowl and they were quick to respond, apologize and replace the two faulty items.

Fabulous products at great prices and brilliant customer service.
I ordered 4 door stops and 2 boxes of and they arrived quickly within 6 days.
The door stops were perfect in every way but the coasters weren't quite right. I wrote to Rinkit and explained sent photos and was promptly refunded.
I order a lot of items online and have to say this is the best customer service I have ever experienced!

Great company with a 5 star customer service, I ordered 6 dinner plates and 3 of them arrived broken, I emailed the company the same day and got 3 new dinner plates 4 days later without needing sending the broken items, really good choice of stuff at affordable price I could not recommend it enough, I will use it again soon
