Absolutely awful service in every way. Would give 0 stars if I could.
Broadband service itself was slow, called up and they changed channels which helped for a few days, then one point it cut out altogether for a few hours. We then cancelled and switched within 14 days and they were sending threatening emails when it switched saying we owed £420 which was the cancellation fee for outside of 14 days so was there error. Rang up and was assured a manager would correct within 48 hours but after 48 hours I got another threatening email saying because we cancelled the direct debit in fear they would take hundreds we didn’t actually owe, they could take us to a debt collectors! Rang back up and it was finally sorted but explained it has caused me a lot of stress and I wanted to complain. I asked about getting refunded also for the half of the month we didn’t even use, we used 13 days only and was told our internet use was so high they wouldn’t give us anything back!!! We went with a higher service of 900 because we have a fair few devices and we weren’t told we had any limits for usage as we would have never agreed. Asked them to send me a final resolution for the complaint basically saying they weren’t willing to do anything to resolve it other than finally take the £420 charge off the account, said they would, a week later, absolutely nothing received and I need this to take my complaint further to the correct body. Honestly don’t touch this company. I’m amazed they’ve actually got any good reviews as it’s one of the worst companies we have ever been with.

I had a great experience setting up my new full fibre internet with Rise. Mike was incredibly helpful, friendly, and guided me through the whole process. On top of their excellent 6-month promotional deal, he even sorted out my first month completely free! Highly recommend.

Great Call, best cs experience ive had in a while, even had a joke with the guy and his 2min tnc's speech,
all part n parcel of accepting the offer, £5 for 6mnths 2.5gb is a no brainer, deal 33 odd after that, cant go wrong compared to like vermins 50 odd quid for 2.5gb down, and only 250mb up rate, where as rise is 2.5gb async which is perfect for 4k streaming on youtube/twitch for new & present streamers out there, as both ways up and down is 2.5gb on both streams.
Ensure you have a 2.5GB network interface card / adaptor in your device too, as most are 1GB.
nics/adaptors can come in a few variety of connection types,
builtin NIC ethernet port
pc NIC ethernet card
usb NIC ethernet adaptor
you can obtain these items for quite cheap on shopping platforms.
wifi 6 will give around variable bandwidth around 600mb - 900mb per sec.
wifi 7 will give variable bandwidth around 1.5GB - 3GB peak with a maximum theoretical upto 30GB
