Excellent customer care
Brought 2 road Hawks for my cars. Excellent product. Quick and easy Sevices . Can answer any questions you have always someone. At hand to help you. Would always recommend this company .
Easy to use helpfull staff
I ordered a spare SDXC memory card for something else and a spare power connector for my Roadhawk dashcam as I was moving which car it was mounted in. They rang me up before accepting my order because they assumed I might be using the SD card in a Roadhawk product that it was not compatible with (too large a capasity) so they wanted to check with me before posting the order. After assuring them the SD card was for something else and was intended, they processed and posted my order as normal.
Good service
First Roadhawk I received worked very well for about 3 months before GPS and software faults. Updates and also firmware changes were made by email but failed to correct all problems. Sound messages were also very low.
Replaced with no problems except for the £8 postage I needed to pay.
All well with replacement for about a year and sound much louder than original.
Quality of recording and GPS info is fine under a wide range of conditions.
Still going strong.
I reviewed the Roadhawk HD a while back. I changed cars recently and had to remove the unit from the screen. Got advice from Roadhawk and managed this with a hair dryer. Patience needed! Bought new sticky pads from Roadhawk and mounted the unit on the new car...no problem. The Roadhawk is still going strong and processing brilliant video. My only wish, despite adjusting in the software, the sound could be louder.
It is the most simple dashcam to install
Having tried some of the cheaper units and finding that the recording quality that were claimed by the manufacturers were misleading to say the least I decided to by my first Roadhawk DC2. I was so impressed I bought my wife one for her car.
I would recommend that this would be the first choice for anyone considering a dashcam.
Solid design with excellent picture quality
I purchased a Roadhawk HD for my car last year. The picture quality is excellent and I've had no issues with it. Good investment considering how dangerous other road users can be.
Well worth the money!
Bought two Roadhawks for the kids. Primarily to help bring down their premiums and protect their no claims. Daughter had her Roadhawk out of the box and installed in about 20 mins. She didn't need to use the GPS antenna as it seems to be picking up a signal from the car.
Me? I see it as money well spent...
Bulletcam HD.
friendly customer service personnel, quick delivery, looking forward to my next purchase.
HD2 Didn't work out for me
Bought it for onboard footage on my race car as an alternative to Go-Pro. Started with a Roadhawk ride but that kept failing, was replaced under warranty but was then persuaded to 'upgrade' to an HD 2. The HD2 was sent back under warranty twice as it kept turning itself off. Tried it with and without the hardwire kit. Now given up with it .Good quality when it works but not up to the job as an action camera on a race car.
RoadHawk Windscreen Camera - Brilliant
I have had my Roadhawk Windscreen Camera for nearly 4 years (since October 2012) and it is probably the best motoring accessory I have bought. It is now in its second car.
It gives me peace of mind should I be involved in an accident as I can review the circumstances and establish fault.
I thoroughly recommend it.
After considerable research
For me this unit ticks most of the boxes
The image quality is good; it takes large sd cards; it hides well behind the mirror while being visible to would be argument; against:-
because I use it on different vehicles it is a fiddle to mount & demount
a white power cable would be far less distracting to the driver
a simple velcro system for routing the long lead would be more sensible
Having said that, when other road users see the camera they become more thoughtful. I have noticed this particularly with cyclists in heavy traffic.
It has a lot in common with a seatbelt. One day it might.......be needed.

The Roadhawk
I have 2 Roadhawks, a HD and HD2, which are used to ensure that if anything happens then there is a record. I have had the HD version for several years and it reliability has been exceptional, but the HD2 has all the improvements, better resolution and bigger SD cards. I travel to Europe regularly and depend on the Roadhawk to monitor my progress. I recommend the Roadhawk system for travel protection against idiots on the road.
Roadhawk HD-2
Great product, easy to fit, and works well. Having had a DC-2 previously (and before that whatever the predecessor was called) which also worked incredibly well (and still do) I am pleased to see that this one is the same excellent build quality, and performance.
dc1 was good DC2 is brilliant
As a user of a DC1 for 16000mls time had come for a new model, I live in a rural area and the b roads are narrow and full of bends. We have a big problem with large tractors towing slurry trailers large wheels that are over the white lines even on a roads.18 year old kids driving 30 ton plus on the mobile phone thinking they own the road. No hgv needed ?.This DC2 is an extra insurance policy .The problem is all year as a local farm miking 1900 cows thats a lot of POO to get rid off,Buy Organic Milk give the cow a life its not a MACHINE.
Fit & forget
No issues other than the occasional need to reboot due to SD card errors.
Latest software makes viewing recorded video simpler. Used it for reviewing my speed past mobile camera vans a couple of times.
RoadHawk Camera.
I would recommend this company and the camera system to anyone. They were excellent to deal with and quick on delivery.
Brilliant
This item was recommended to me by a friend, he said it would idea for my motorcycle it's brilliant once I got it set up correctly.
It's ability to be mounted upside down and be able to rotate the image by 180 degrees for recording just great bit of kit
