I just wanted to say a big thank you to you and your team for the excellent service. I have fitted my Roamer Seatbase4. The job was really straightforward and everything is up and running perfectly. It really will transform our off grid camping experience.
I have kept my EBL227 setup with NDS Solar and Schaudt WA121525 DC-DC charger. Though now I have fitted a mains switch so that I can switch off the mains charging of the Lithium battery when my van is on hook up at home. I have fitted a charging tail across my AGM vehicle battery so that can remain on charge when the mains feed from the EBL is switched off via my new switch.
I am going to fit a new Victron TR 12-12-30 Amp B2B to run in parallel with the Schaudt B2B (which charges at 20Amps. In this way I have another 30Amps of charge available from the alternator whilst driving. I have already run in 16mm2 cables ready for this. I am making both B2B’s to be switched via the D+ inputs so that I can manually select 0,20,30 or 50 Amps driving charge.
The Roamer battery is so capable that I am also thinking of adding an inverter to the set up. My van is a standard Adria Twin 600SPB 22 Plate.
I am so glad you encouraged me to carry out the upgrade myself, as now I have learned so much more about campervan electrics and feel as though I can tackle most jobs of this nature.

Amazing company. I had to get it shipped to the IOW and they done everything to make that happen. It came within 48 hours. They were so helpful on the phone. They also had what I wanted in stock where other companies had a 12 week wait. The underseat battery is excellent and I no longer have battery anxiety. I had a company fit it and thry said it was so easy. My van was already set up for lithium switch over so no extra parts needed. They have also offered to help me anytime I need it.

Great product with superb customer service to back it up. Seat base unit is very well constructed along with an intuitive app to monitor performance. It's now very clear why these Roamer batteries are so popular.

Roamer support is excellent. The batteries have been put together with great thought for safety. I will be recommending Roamer to my customers.

I first encountered Roamer when I purchased my first VW T6.1 campervan. The conversion company used a 200Ah generation 1 battery which performed perfectly.
A couple of years later I discovered Cerbo and its communicative Victron friends.
I naturally had to buy an S4 230Ah battery.
It's kept busy with a coffee machine, 2000watt induction hob, Dyson hair dryer, straighteners, toaster, 2 compressor fridges internal and external lighting! Kept happy on site with a 270 watt Victron rigid panel on the poptop.
The folk at Roamer helped me no end, even with my original gen 1 battery that I inherited with the van.
Really can't speak highly enough of the team, simply perfect for my and my vans happiness!

I purchased a battery from Roamer a couple of months ago and had an issue where the battery went down to 5%. This was because the parameters in the Victron BMS had not been set correctly .
However after contacting Roamer they immediately advised me what to do and were very patient with me. This sort of customer service is simply outstanding and I can only thank them for all their help. 5 star service and more.

What can I say - First class service from start to finish -Purchased the 460s x2 and am happy as can be - thanks to Chris and team A class service..

Following our call to you last week we have now returned from our road trip around Pembrokeshire in our camper and I just wanted to say THANK YOU very much indeed for your help with our battery questions whilst we were on the road. Following your identification of the incorrect setting the battery is now charging up to circa 14v and drops down to circa 13.6v once not charging. This is so much better than what we were getting before and means we can extract more power.
Your help and advice was the difference between our cutting short our trip and being able to continue. It was clear you and the team were determined to help and provide the best possible help and support. It was really appreciated.

ROAMER site said that orders Will be honoured after June 14th but some shipping problem délayed the delivery to almost 75 Days LATER. No REFUNDS NO DISCOUNT OFFERED for some

After researching many manufacturers/suppliers of lithium leisure batteries...I decided to invest with a high quality product with professional support...Roamer (and the 160SMART4 battery) didn't disappoint me, and I'm confident that I have a safe, reliable battery in my camper van...thank you.

Not fitted yet but great service and with a free design if you buy their battery.
Did a cost comparison on the components they quoted me and they were very competitive so I bought it all from them.

Quick and clear answers and support when requested. I'm very satisfied with my 460smart4 battery so far.
