Amazing service and superb wine
Amazing service.
I ordered 6 bottles of Passo del sud (the price was the best I'd found online). Once the order was placed, I received an email asking was I available the following afternoon, between 1 -3pm to receive my order. The delivery was made the following day, on time by a very courteous gentleman.

Really pleased to get one of my favourite reds online and at a fair price. Delivery took a week which is ok but UPS needed me to be in to sign for the parcel - they say at your request. So I’d to wait in for it which was a pain worsened by the fact it was an hour beyond its expected time.
Be better if it could be delivered without a signature. Cheers

Hi William! Apologies on the longer delivery wait. Sometimes we don't have a particular wine in stock and have to delay shipment a couple of days until we receive more. Under our alcohol beverages contract with UPS we are obligated to require an adult signature due to the nature of the product inside. This is to make sure the person receiving the order is over the age of 18. While it is unfortunate they were late to deliver out of their time slot, we sadly have no control over this. I hope you understand. Thanks again ever so much for the order and we hope to see you order again from us soon!
