Rubbish radio
My new Roberts radio is rubbish. It meanders between wavelengths and is difficult to set on one, familiar, waveband. It is also greedy on batteries. I have tried everything to stabilise the reception with little luck. My very old tiny Sony radio was much better at tuning and sound control. It died of old age after 25 years service. I thought Roberts were reliable.

Fourth time the radio broke down.
I bought a Roberts radio in 2021 ,within a month it broke down ,they did not replace it but ''fixed'' it .It broke down again 2 more times and the company refused to replace it although still in guarantee.They instead yet again ''fixed'' it .
It is the fourth time it broke down and have contacted the company requesting a refund,or a replacement or a voucher .I will update you as to what will happen .Very poor customer service so far and very poor quality .The only good thing about their radios is that they look nice but do not expect to get a product worth of your money .
