We had an offer through sky that advertised over £200s worth of stuff. What we got sent wasn't even worth half that .

Erm, No! Won't ever purchase again. The creams I received rrp £89.00, but, £9.99 each on Amazon. A face mask i received is in Superdrug for £2!! Normal price!
I priced it all up at £73 but they priced it up as £214. I know they will answer saying it is based on RRP, bla bla bla, and quite honestly, I took a chance, lesson learnt. But, I was actually quite excited about it and it was a let down.

It's not good value to me
Bought as a present for friend, I figured the £200 worth of cosmetics for £23.95 would be a decent buy. I was wrong, the 5 small items arrived and looking online, you'd be hard pressed to pay sub £50. I'm unhappy because the marketing pushes the value of this box stating you'll get a killer deal and save £££. You won't, the stuff you'll get is stuff you possibly wouldn't even buy. Feel cheated

Thought I’d try this for the wife, one Off mystery box contents were worth £200 (apparently) five items came in the box, when I priced them up individually the total was £47 better than the £24 I paid but not anywhere near the 200 also not items she would have purchased herself,

I wasn’t happy with the box I received, I think I had 5 products in it, this box stated products worth over £200+ but I’ve looked at the RRP for them and it all comes to under £170, i did email your company to complain which I received an apology because I wasn’t happy, I will NEVER order 1 of these boxes again, each one is different, I mean some people purchased the same offer I did and received a hell of a lot more, just a lucky dip really

It was ok. Definitely worth the £20 but not sure I would have paid the £200 price tag for the products I received. Eye palette alone was worth it. Don’t think I’ll be purchasing another.

Appalling customer service and they ignore consumer rigts
Avoid this company. I ordered a box that tracking claimed was delivered, but it never arrived at my property. When I contacted Roccabox support, they completely washed their hands of the issue. Instead of contacting their own courier (Royal Mail) to investigate the missing parcel, they told me to do it myself. They blatantly ignored the Consumer Rights Act 2015, which states the retailer is responsible until the goods are in the customer's physical possession. They refused to help, refused to refund, and stonewalled me. I had to initiate a chargeback with my bank just to get my money back. Absolutely abysmal customer service.
Update: Notice how their reply below claims they 'do investigate with the carrier', yet their customer service email explicitly stated they were 'unable to raise an investigation' and told me to do it myself. Completely contradictory.

The products didn’t compliment each other. It’s not like you can use them all at the same time. Seems a bit pointless. Wasn’t really impressed. Was a bit disappointed. The products were for different skin types too
