Ordered some parts on the 3rd of…
Ordered some parts on the 3rd of August, parts I really needed and were showing in stock online. A few days later I was told they weren't in stock and would be posted when they are, that seems fair enough but 24 days later I've had to ask for a refund as I'm a bit bored of waiting now. I was refunded promptly however this is the 2nd time it's happened to me, so it's a no from me for future orders. I hope this review helps someone in the respect that even if it shows they have it in stock doesn't necessarily mean they have

Brought and paid for an arrma typhoon…
Brought and paid for an arrma typhoon finally after 2 previous attempts to by a rc car from them which were out of stock. Paid on Friday the 30-8-24 and paid extra for quicker handling. And still waiting a week later for it. Terrible customer service in not responding to there emails or phone calls. I did phone the shop in the end and spoke to a lovely gentleman. to be honest I should have brought it of Amazon it would have been here 5 days ago.

Very slow delivery
Delivery by Yodel was very slow. It took 13 days from order being placed to receipt of the goods. Also I had ordered and paid for a Menz prop but was sent another slightly cheaper make.

No response whatsoever. Despite contacting via email, FB, texts and phoning several times. Still not received so had to open a charge back case. Definitely would NOT recommend
