Rochester rc is such a great place to shop or just chill with the excellent café. The staff are amazing will bend over backwards to help you out and the level of customer service is faultless. I highly recommend them even if you are not into rc stuff the coffee is excellent.

Terrible terrible company. If it's communication your looking fir talking to a brick wall would be more apt..... The lack of help with a product issue. It was my 8 year old sons speedboat. If it was an item gir me I wouldn't be thst bothered but it was a birthday gift. I td them this and the company just did not care. Very bad expirience.

Made an order a month ago had to call them up to ask where it was and they said it was out of stock and that was 2 weeks after ordering so they said my item would be due in on the 10th July and I will receive on the 11th but I've had nothing and no contact what so ever plus its hard to get in touch with them by phone

This company is a joke for delivery never have stock in ..used them twice and had to wait days / weeks

I have increased the star rating up due to the fact that they did reach out to me and explained the situation and asked that I be patient whilst they rectify some internal system issues. At least this is a positive step in the right direction and hopefully they will continue to keep their customers informed.

It is with a heavy heart that I write this review. I have been purchasing from Rochester RC online for 2 years now and their service used to be impeccable, however over the last few months their communication has been poor or non-existent. Every single item I purchase is showing as in stock on their website, but when I chase up my order, I discover that they don’t have the parts in stock and that they are on order from their supplier. They have even volunteered this information themselves this time by adding a note to my order. They even stated, “Sorry for the delay we have had some issues lately, but we are working tirelessly to get the situation rectified”, but this has been going on for at least 3 months now. I have also emailed and contacted them via WhatsApp and have not received any responses. Unfortunately, I took them up on an offer last year, which means I have a voucher to spend every month, if it wasn’t for the voucher I would no longer be buying from them. Come on guys, reputation is everything.

The guys and other staff are extremely helpful and gide you to the right RC products available and always there to help you if you have any queries or nollage and also help with repairs and getting your RC cars race ready can not fault Rochester RC staff highly recommend
