Well, the company is still young but they are top notch, be it the service itself or the support that answers faster than my shadow.
I had an issue with the payments and then to my big surprise, the CEO himself took me in charge and solved it as swiftly as the rest of the team does for other requests.

I have never seen such a FAST hosting and customer support like Rocket.net.
Their support is outstanding (A+++), just like their hosting services, their transparency and their pricing. Also to add: The Backend to manage the sites is so clean. I'm thankful this company / service exists. Customer first, that's what they do.

Using Rocket on my website, Simply best hosting

It started with a great onboarding, talking to somebody with actual knowledge instead of a "typical salesman". Compared to other big alternatives it is noticeable that Rocket does everything to achieve the best performance instead of marketing talk. Wished we moved earlier!

I needed to find a fast and reliable hosting solution that was affordable. After researching Rocket, it seemed like a good choice away from the hefty prices of some other providers.

We moved from Kinsta to Rocket last week.

I had questions about site security and Cloudflare, so I contacted Rocket support.

If I'm taking the time to write a review on my own time, it's because rocket.net deserves it.

I spent 6 years with another reputable hosting service. I had heard about rocket.net in WordPress expert circles as THE hosting service to use with WordPress with unmatched performance. I was a little skeptical because these experts were selling a dream and I wondered how a hosting service could offer much better performance than its competitors. Well, a week ago I found out that it was all true: rocket.net is the best hosting service available for WordPress sites.

I've been using gtmetrix for many years to evaluate the performance and structural quality of my sites. It allows me to see what can be improved. My site is relatively code-heavy and resource-hungry. For me, a "C" score was quite reasonable and satisfactory given the processes involved. A "B" score on gtmetrix was the holy grail, to be achieved by cleaning up the necessary processes and plugins. An "A" score was unimaginable.

Once on rocket.net, my site was rated a "C". After a few tweaks with the help of rocket.net's super technicians, my site went to a "B" that same day. And today, after less than a week with rocket.net, I've just achieved an "A" with minimal changes on my part. Seriously, the site is so fast that I feel dizzy just seeing the pages being displayed in milliseconds. A bit like being a passenger in a Ferrari or the Millennium Falcon.

I didn't think that was possible. And yet, rocket.net made it possible. Sales on my site increased by 40% in just a few days. I can't believe it. It's unexpected. Come to think of it, I could have done this much sooner and had this 40% extra income six years ago. No regrets: at least I made this change and I'm on the right track. I thought I knew what a fast website was. I was wrong. In the past three years I moved from Wordpress.com to Kinsta to Digital Ocean and have now landed on Rocket.net. My website's speed is crazy fast but I am equally impressed with the support. I've had tickets anserwed by Ben who pilots the rocket. If there was one area for improvement, I'd say the Control Panel for managing your sites looks a bit dated but I'd take the speed and support over a pretty UI any day of the week.

Rocket.net fixed my problems with slow sites. This is your answer if you've struggled with cache plugins trying to make your site fast. The support is terrific, and you can have multiple sites. When I do my speed test now, it's 95% or higher in all countries. I only wish I would have found this site years ago. While they don't offer hosting they will help you get connected with them from your current host. Amazing 5 Stars!!!
