We feel that people really worked with us to make sure we got our equity loan. The staff was great to work with everyone involved in our mortgage was wonderful.
Our loan was not an easy one and hit a lot of bumps in the road along the way but everyone kept pushing through till the end

Everything went quite well, but I couldn’t figure out why I had to show you all so much proof about my other property. I thought this was supposed to be an equity loan.

Worst customer service ever! They cashed my mortgage payment but not showing on my statement. have called them 3 times, sent an email where i was told to send it to, no response and sent certified the same info showing proof of them receiving and cashing the check, no response.

Rocket mortgage have a very well designed web site to walk you through the loan process. Everything is detailed and transparent very easy to use. You can see what task you have pending and also monitor every step of the loan process as you go. They also have a great customer service in case you need to speak with someone.

It was so great that we got our home equity loan at no time. The process was quick and the staff were friendly and professional.

Knowledge of the agent made it easy to understand the entire process. Quickly answered any questions I had and listened to the customer’s needs and goals.

Nobody rushed me in making a decision on my home. The team was great and helpful with the paperwork. They informed me on my task and informed me on what they were working on. Great information no worries.

The transparency of the application process was not helpful. I have gotten mortgage loans in the past and I have always been given feedback, credit report, something. I got a ding on my credit report and not a great verbal offer or any written options/explanations or ability to verify what might not be correct- even with my VA benefits. I could seriously tell right off hearing that man’s voice he was the type to tell women NO. Yes, there are male voices like that. And lenders absolutely treat females differently.
I regret applying and wasting a ding on my high credit rating. I will look for vet friendly lenders.
I don’t recommend rocket at all.

I have made payments for years on time. I have not had many problems until this year I had one payment that was late. They did not attempt to reach out to me or help me realize I missed it. I has effected my credit score.
