UPDATED when I sent an email saying I'd left a bad review, I got a really nice response. They knocked the money off that they owed me and I bought another Vape from them, because they are the cheapest for the Smok RPM80 Pro RGC - I mean half price, so I've updated this rating. I don't think they're a bad company, just badly organised....

Missing item from delivery and they can't even be bothered to reply! I've sent several messages.

I messaged them asking them to confirm that they'd include the missing item in the next order I was about to place for them but they've never replied so they don't deserve any further business.

They used to be great, but not anymore. Go elsewhere

I have been using Rockstar for a few years now but recently they have sent the wrong flavour. This first time I just put up with it but the second time I tried to ask for them to send the correct flavour. With much hunting I found two phone numbers, both seemed constantly engaged. I e-mailed via the form on the website plus another I found elsewhere and after a week I was asked to send a photo of what I received. Over a week later, nothing. Such a shame, product was good but customer service practically non existent. I will not be ordering again.

I ordered a vape and received an order confirmation. After one week I enquired where it was - no reply. I mailed again a few days later on 2 email addresses I found online. Again, no reply. I submitted a form via their website and still no reply. So I logged a case with Paypal. Finally, after 10 days of logging the case, I get an email to say I hadn't filled out my address on the order! How can you not fill out an address - they found it ok as a billing address obviously as they took the money.

They did offer to ship it, but I had already bought another one by this time.

Reading on here, it seems they were a good company up until January this year, now they seem to have gone swiftly downhill. Shame for them, but if you can't fulfil a basic order, or reply to a customer - there's no point being in business.

Poor products and dreadful customer service.

My brother purchased a pack of flavours for me. They took ages to arrive and when they finally did the quality was awful. Customer service were very rude too possibly it was a lady called Kirsty that he spoke to?
I would suggest some customer care training and drastic improvement on the products as well. Would not recommend

E mailed sales and info, no response, order my product on sat, got notified by Royal Mail it would be here Tuesday, it’s never left the Glasgow mail centre onwards to local sort office

Had no response to the below sent yesterday, which is fine, as I know things are tough all over, but just got my postal delivery and, still no parcel delivery here??? Postman cannot say if it’s even in his van...
I know you just put items in a bag and send them to me, but the customer experience beyond that is also relevant and important to me, and should also be to you.

Just to say that I like your products, and mon-fri opening is fine by me, but Royal Mail parcel delivery totally suck (every single time) I ordered on Saturday, and was meant to get my parcel by 2 pm, my mail arrived @ mid day, but the driver delivers the parcels after the Mail run is done, again, fine when, or if it happens, but not so when it does not.

This juice is toxic.i cough after every vape,never again and no instruction on how to mix . I bought 5 bottles although received 8 as they had an offer on. I've tried 1 bottle of nicotine per 100ml and it makes me cough and I have phlem in the morning,I've tried 2 bottles (this was my first try) but there isn't any difference.this juice is balls
it's 80vg and 20pg when most are 50:50. Good juices are the opposite 80pg to 20 VG.ive been vaping for 6 years so I know what's what.steer clear.

Great delivery fast service and great price, but when you are putting this stuff in your lungs, 0 out of 10, do not be fooled bye all the feedback, bought some e liquid from a shop, twice the price but the product is so much better, i use 3mg in my liquid and with ROCKSTAR VAPE i am constantly coughing after every inhale, god knows what they are putting in there stuff to make it so cheep. like the old saying goes, you get what you pay for.

Its dosent matter if your product is good but your service sucks.
We have sent emails with no reply to them.
Its not about the missing item that can be sorted. But be professional in dealing with emails. don't ignore your long time costumers

For the third time I ordered at Rockstar Vape, first two times went excellent. But this time I didn't receive it yet. I'm very happy with the prices and the juices, but it's hard for me to get in contact with them. I sent another email today and hope they will respond soon. Maybe it is because of the Corona. Overall I'm very happy to order at Rockstar vape.

Poor , don’t ship item never receive my item still waiting after a week for them to ship my item! Got PayPal to sort out refund as no phone and don’t get back to email until2 days later really disappointed :(
