Have purchased many times and it’s great value lots of flavours to choose too. Fast shipping Royal Mail. I had to contact customer service this time (first time) response was within the 48hr response so quick. There was a picking error, It was finally resolved and I will continue to shop with them but I think the customer service could of been a little better. I wasn’t given an apology for the error. Which was more important than them correcting the order
