My home purchase went smoothly because I used Rollasons and not a 'property conveyancer'. Rollasons by contrast are actual solicitors and know what they're doing.

We never give 5* ratings as there is always room for improvement, in any organisation. Nevertheless, this one amply merits 4* for its professional handling of complex issues. What we would hope to see in any future encounter is greater efficiency in the property conveyancing system, greater use of digital data and fewer achingly prolonged delays in completion. Don't get us going on the Dickensian inefficiency of the Land Registry.
