We were recommended Roman-spas and what a great recommendation. Had our Luxor hot tub delivered and installed today. Fantastic service from start to finish. Which was only a week. Installation guys took time to go through everything we needed to know. Would certainly recommend. Thank you to the whole team.

Love our Apollo Hot Tub. We went for the pearl shadow instead of the typical white colour. Great costumer service. Had our hot tub delivered just before Christmas. We wanted the tub asap and they delivered it within a couple of days at short notice. Defo recommend.

We had our Jupiter hot tub delivered today with snow on the ground and a steep access to get up ,then across chippings & finally across grass to the summer house deck.
The Roman Spas guys were not put off at all and with a little help it was placed exactly where we wanted.
The service was excellent right from the start with Nalam giving us all the advice before we purchased and kept us informed every step regarding delivery and access needs.
The guys fitted and filled the spa giving me instructions and advice on how to get the best from our purchase and up keep.
Really nice company to work with from start to finish .
The hot tub looks great.

Had our hot tub craned over and the two guys from Roman spas were absolutely fantastic. They worked well with the crane company and were so knowledgeable and friendly. They explained how to use the products and the hot tub and gave us loads of useful advice . From start to finish the service was excellent, from buying the hot tub and communication . Nalam who dealt with the sale was lovely and was always able to answer any questions or offer help where she could. We love our hot tub and would 100% recommend anyone to choose Roman Spas. You won’t be disappointed.

We decided to purchase a Hot tub in place of missed holidays. After countless hours of trawling websites we decided to go with Roman Spas. From initial enquiry they were found to be extremely helpful in helping us decide the correct Hot tub for us. They gave us regular updates for the delivery. The delivery team were professional and nothing was too much of a problem. They set the hot tub in its position, filled it and gave us advise on maintaining and care. We have had the hot tub for 2 months now and use it every other day. I would use Roman Spas again or recommend them to perspective Hot tub buyers

Amazing service with every aspect of this purchase, from helping us pick which tub down to installation and full explanation of the chemical needs. After a lot of market research we finally decided on Roman spas because of the amazing reviews they already had, their delightful website and amazing customer service. They were always at the end of the phone for any questions or queries we had, they truly went above and beyond to make sure we had the perfect tub ready for our Christmas break. The delivery men were also so lovely, talking us through everything we needed to know and giving us advice on placement and ease of use. I really cannot give a single fault to this company they have been amazing from start to finish and I honestly cannot rate them high enough. Easily the best purchase I have ever made. 5 stars across the board ! Very helpful on the phone and that made the buying decision easier. Nalam is very knowledgeable and they were also very up front on the price and options. This made the process so much easier than just buying blind online. We have an Apollo in grey and we are very happy with it ! We went for full delivery and install and very glad we went that way as the team were excellent ! Would not hesitate to recommend buying from Roman Spas !

Absolutely fantastic service. From first enquiry to delivery, I was kept fully up to date by Nalam. Recieved delivery of the Jupiter model several weeks ago by 2 very knowledgeable and friendly delivery guys. Nothing was too much trouble. Would definitely recommend.

Received our tub sat morning the 2 delivery guys were so helpful and all information about everything explained in great dimple detail very delighted a great service from speaking to nulam to order very helpful sent pictures and videos any one thinking off buying a hot tub look no further as absolutely 1st class service

We received great advice on choosing the right spa for us and then lots of updates on the delivery. The installation team were brilliant and worth paying for the full set up option as everything was done and clearly explained. Had our first dip last night and couldn’t be happier with our choice of Roman spas or the product.
