We went with Roman Spas as they were not only great on price and choice but the customer services and aftercare provided by Nalam were second to none. Fantastic service levels by Roman Spas, from my initial enquiry right through to installation, it has been a very positive experience and, coupled with an excellent, reasonably priced hot tub, this has been a very positive event. Nalam kept me informed every step of the way and the installation was very efficient, the two installers explaining everything as they went along, leaving me a very happy chappy and I'd give six stars if I could!

All round great service, from order to delivery, the lads did an awesome job setting the tub up for us, we were comfortably able to use it the very next day!

First class start to finish. I made the mistake of ordering a hot tub and my patio wasn’t level enough the install team exsplained how this would affect the tub and returned free of charge once I had fixed the problem. From sales to install can’t rate them enough 👍👍

Had our Luxor Hot tub delivered yesterday. We have been in touch with a lovely lady from the company, Nalam for a good couple of weeks about which hot tub would suit us. There's no question she couldn't answer and even spoke to us at length in the evenings. When the Hot tub arrived the delivery team were on time and very professional, Explained all aspects of hot tub ownership, including maintenance, controls and chemicals etc.. They were friendly and worked well with the crane guy we hired. After delivery we had support sent through with instructions and chemical care. Today we had Nalam contact us asking how everything was. Brilliant aftercare, as well as great service from beginning to end. Thanks Roman Spas!

Took delivery of our new Apollo hot tub, the company were very professional and easy to deal with from ordering to installation, correspondence was always promptly answered and the installation team took their time to explain how everything worked. Would definitely recommend 👍

Had our new hot tub delivered this week and my experience with Roman Spas was excellent. From information given to me to help with my purchase to the constant contact with updates and super friendly people to deal with. Installation went perfectly and of course the hot tub is amazing! Thoroughly recommend if you are thinking of purchasing one.

The team did a great job of getting the spa in to our garden via a difficult route and the product is great. No complaints.
