We received are Jupiter hot tub on Tuesday, we are all really pleased with the look and quality of the tub. The delivery team were excellent very efficient explained how to use the chemicals clearly and how it worked. We are looking forward to spending our summer in the tub. Would definitely recommend this company for good price, quality and service.

Took delivery of my saturn hot tub last week and it's amazing. Nalam was amazing from the 1st day I enquired to delivery, very helpful and knowledgeable and popped a message over after delivery to thank us for our custom and assured us we could contact him if any help was needed! (complete novices) The delivery team were fantastic and went through all the chemical routines whilst we waited for my very slow hose to fill the tub 🤣 100% recommend this company. It's 10 *** from me 👏

Just had my hot tub delivered and am absolutely over the moon with it. Alan, Tim and Alex were totally professional in the way they delivered it and set it up, really friendly, helpful. Nalam stayed in touch throughout the whole process from me placing my order right up until it was delivered and sent a message afterward to say that she hoped I enjoyed the hot tub and that if I needed anything then to just feel free to get in touch. A great price as well. Highly recommended.

I am extremely pleased with the service I have received, from start to finished and all the efforts from the delivery team with all taking care of.
Also any issues Nalam was there to answer had a wait time of 12 weeks however this was delivered in 6/7 weeks so extremely please with service , I would highly recommend Roman-Spas and I have got to say that the hot tub is amazing

After looking at many different hot tub sites I eventually gave Roman spa’s a call and what a good choice I made , Nalam made everything easy and pleasant. Absolutely fantastic service from start to finish.

Nalam was so helpful nothing was ever too much trouble for her. Communication was excellent. Even after the hot tub was delivered and installed she is always on hand to help with anything that is needed.

The delivery guys were also great. Very polite and helpful.

I can fully recommend Roman Spa's. Nalam was very professional and helpful despite my many many questions. She was quick to respond and patient throughout. The delivery and installation process was a breeze as the team just jumped to action and I was able to chill and listen to their advice on chemicals and start up. This is not a pushy company eager to make sales at all costs. They really do deserve the 5 star rating.

We have taken delivery of a Neptune tub today at our holiday let . From making first contact a few months ago , Nalam has advised us very thoroughly through all options available to us for our needs and through the wiring requirements to almost up to the minute updates on where the delivery guys were . Most impressive .
The installers were every bit as accommodating as Nalam is with every detail explained and demonstrated . Can’t fault you guys at all .
If we get another tub for another holiday let them there is only one place that I will be shopping . First class in all aspects .

We've had our Neptune hot tub for around 4 months now and due to a couple of initial 'teething' issues with the hot tub waterfall jets, wanted to await resolution before posting this review.

So on the product itself, this is our second hot tub, and aside of the jet issue noted above, which has been resolved by the very helpful engineers, both the value and quality of the Neptune tub is high. We opted for the 'pearl shadow' colour which looks great too! Only slight negative I have is the bluetooth speakers sound a little 'tinny'.

On to Roman Spas: from the moment I made an enquiry to purchase right through to today, Nalam is probably the most responsive person I've ever experienced from a customer service perspective - ranging from resolving the initial teething issues and even towards ordering a new filter! What a 'gem' this business has when dealing with customers.

'Hats off' to the delivery guys too. They earn their money shifting these very heavy hot tubs!

Overall, an 'easy' five stars.

We’ve had a great experience with Roman Spas from start to finish. Our initial enquires and silly questions back in Jan/Feb were answered patiently and promptly by Nalam by phone or message. The delivery team in Feb were lovely and talked us through the day to day & long term maintenance needs. It’s one of the best decisions we’ve made - it’s made a massive difference to my mental health & day to day life to be able to just unwind & relax. After sales service has also been brilliant, Nalam always responds quickly when we’ve asked for advice & guidance even 2 months on now from delivery. Great company to deal with - thank you! X
