Buy with confidence from Roman Spas. I’ve had my Apollo now for 2 weeks and absolutely love it. From the initial contact to installation, everything has been fantastic. Communications are clear, prompt and helpful. Super nice delivery guys sporting more muscles than Popeye!
The Apollo is doing my arthritis and lymphoedema the world of good. Never imagined that I’d gain so much benefit from it. Sleeping so much better too.

Really good service. No messing about. Did exactly what they said they would. Fitters were really helpful. Allowed cash on delivery. Arrived on time and have checked all is good more than once since installing.

From initial enquiry, to sales and advice (shout out to Nalam who is fantastic including dealing with WhatsApp questions out of hours!) through to the delivery & installation (Alex & team!) - everything was perfect and smooth and I cannot recommend this company enough.

I purchased a Neptune hot tub back in June, & I could not be happier with it. The whole process from order through to delivery & installation was great, & all the team were very helpful. A special mention to Nalam, whose customer service was amazing.

We took delivery of our new hot tub last week and we are in LOVE! The service and knowledge provided, we could of not asked for more, and they did not leave until we were satisfied with what we needed to do. With the depressing year just gone, we have finally brought our prolonged holidays home!

Highly recommended. From the very first contact, to placing the order and through to aftersales Nalam has been exceptionally helpful. Delivery was quicker than originally advised (a very rare thing these days!). We are extremely happy with our new hot tub and the whole family getting lots of use. The installation team were great guys, really cracked on and offered up some helpful information to get us started.

We were welcomed in the showroom by Nalam on Thursday who spent a lot of time going through our options making sure our pick was tight for us with no pushy sales tactics. The following Monday evening we were sat in our hot tub in our garden. Couldn’t wish for a better service. Definitely recommend
