From the first connection to the delivery and setup (and beyond), Roman Spas have been a great company to deal with. A great combination of family and professionalism made them the obvious choice for me. Their communication has been excellent all the way through the process. Nothing was ever too much trouble. Roman Spas delivered the customer service that today's world so often lacks. It's been an absolute pleasure dealing with you. Highly recommended!!

Was looking at several Spa companies and Nalam at Roman Spas was the most helpful and not pushy in any way from the beginning. Communication from the initial inquiry all the way to after it has been installed had been both friendly and helpful and we'd without a doubt recommend them to anyone and the positive reviews here just go to show. Delivery took about 8 weeks which was fine and they always kept me up to date. The price was very good value for money compared with their competitors and the installation team were incredibly professional and on-time. Although the spa fit where it needed to go, I underestimated how much space would be needed to swing it into position. We had to remove a fence panel, and whilst I took it in my own hands to quickly remove they went above and beyond and helped me with that. The spa itself it very good quality and feature wise very happy with it so far.

Hot tub arrived today. Excellent communications from the company, delivered within the quoted timescales. The two guys who got it in to position were great and professional. Explained everything and answered any questions. Ensured the hot tub was positioned where you wanted it and even the orientation for the seating. Great service all round

After being let down by a large internet retailer with delays on the delivery we decided to get our new hot tub from Roman Spas and we cannot recommend this company enough.
Nalam was always at the end of the phone in Wassap sending us photos, videos and advising on what was the best product for us. She is a pleasure to talk to and we love her professionalism and best customer service.
The delivery and set up went smoothly and the guys were friendly and knowledgeable.
The Apollo is first class, with powerful jets, music, and changing colour lights. Highly recommended and much enjoyed!

You will not find a better service than these guys, Nalam kept us informed all the way from order to delivery and the two technicians that delivered the hot tub couldn’t have been more helpful and friendly, this was not an easy install and there knowledge and advice was second to none. Massive thanks to the whole team.

We can’t recommend these guys high enough. From our own research we were guided away from cheap ‘online’ only companies, so we trawled through companies that did have a showroom and after a number of conversations with various suppliers we ended up speaking to Nalam, who has been nothing short of fantastic, from initial conversation, through to the order process and delivery arrangements, she has been there every step of the way to answer any questions we had. Most of the order process was completed over WhatsApp which was easy and deposit paid our hot tub was delivered within 4 weeks of order. The fitting team were brilliant too, making the setting up painfree and fully explained!
The one challenge we did have, was with our bank (Lloyds) who made us jump through many hoops when sending the final payment by bank transfer, inferring this purchase was highly probable of being a scam putting doubt in our minds, but rest assured Roman Spas is anything but! 🙌🏾 To the whole team!

First class service
Recently had a 32 amp tub installed by Roman Spas and I have to say I have nothing but admiration for these guys. I did not have any experience in this type of product so I needed hand holing in the selection of the right tub, the site survey to ensure the siting was right, electrical requirements etc and nothing was too much trouble for them. A big thanks for a fantastic service including my follow questions!!

Absolutely love our new hot tub! Service was outstanding from start to finish. Every question I asked was answered promptly by Nalam. The delivery and installation guys were great and made sure I understood all the chemical requirements and panel instructions before leaving. Highly recommend 😁

I ordered our Venus hot tub from Nalam at the end of April, the service from the minute I sent the initial enquiry was second to none, Nalam was professional, helpful, engaged and responsive to any questions I had (and there were a fair few!) Nalam provided a lead time of around 12 weeks for our hot tub and true to her word, more or less exactly 12 weeks later our hot tub was on the way to us.

The installation team, Adam and Alex were honestly 2 of the nicest, hardest working people I have ever met, they were dedicated and so knowledgeable about all things hot tub, they didn't baffle us with jargon, they spoke to us like real people and i honestly felt like they put a spring in my step for the rest of the day because they were so positive and uplifting. Adam and Alex are an absolute credit to Roman Spas and deserve to be recognised for their dedication.

I could go on and on, but I am so happy we chose Roman Spas, purely and simply based on the outstanding service we received from Nalam, Adam and Alex, I have already recommended Roman Spas to people I know who are looking for a hot tub.

Roomsy spas was the 4th spa company I visited.soon as I walked through the door Nalam was absolutely brilliant from the start lovely welcoming family vibe and no pushy sales . The tubs are of a fantastic quality and great value for money. Nalam answered all the questions I had about the hot tub she obviously knows her stuff 👌🏻 Even one night late on I had a query and she was there on the end of the phone . The delivery team was unreal unable to get my tub down side of the house we thought our only option was to hire a crane (as the other 3 hot tub companies said) but no these guys got it through 2 fields on the back of my house with great care and saved me a fair few quid 💷 can’t fault Roman spas enough and I would highly recommend as I already have to a friend who has just had his delivered too . Thanks Roman spas we love our tub can’t get the kids out of it 😆 my only wish is that i would have found you guys sooner 🤗
