From the experience in the showroom to delivery and installation, the service was impeccable. Nalam really helped us to choose the right hot tub for us - delivery was within 2 weeks and Alex and Ben who delivered the tub were absolute superstars. They overcame some real obstacles to get the tub in place and checked everything thoroughly before leaving. We love our hot tub and are so pleased that we found Roman Spas.

Wow, what a fantastic experience. Roman Spas have been absolutely superb. From initial enquiry through to installation. The whole process was exemplary. Nalam and her team definitely went the extra mile to ensure that we were completely satisfied with our new hot tub. We even received follow up calls after installation to ensure that we had mastered the chemical monitoring!
Nalam and her team of expert installation engineers definitely made the purchase a memorable one. Nalams litle boy Roman also helped in the process. Confidently helping me choose the tub which was absolutely brilliant.
So if you are looking for a tub and like me would like great value for money, impressive service don’t go any where else for your hot tub. Stop scrolling and call Nalam to make an appointment to visit the showroom for an experience you will remember.

Take care though. I was looking for a cheap plug and play hot tub but Nalam did a great job explaining the benefits of all models but I ended upgrading to a 32amp, 120 jet flagship model which has been worth every penny! Little Roman helped seal the deal by demonstrating the tub fully.

We are lost for words for the quality and professionalism of Nalams help and advice with the purchase of our Hot Tub. From the start she was on the ball with the latest technology including Bluetooth, and digital lights to the must have colour, ie Black Shadow rather than the White which we may have chosen. However it comes at an additional cost. We had steps and a starter chemical kit included in the cost. Due to geographical position in the country we paid a premium delivery cost but Nalam even discounted this as we were just outside their area. The team arrived on time and due to my preparation the delivery went smoothly, they then filled it, put the heater on, set it all up and explained very precisely how to work the Bluetooth using your device, the temperature control, the clock and how to install the filters then setting up the chemical balance you need to start with, all taking less than 30 minutes. Things to remember, Always have a flat, level solid base to put your new Hot Tub on. And if a 13amp plug and go Tub like ours a weather proofed and tested socket within 1 Metre or so of the Tub is ideal. We did have to wait the full time from ordering to the delivery ie 12 weeks, so my advice is order early if you want to get one for a certain time frame but the most important thing is i can assure you it will be worth it. What fantastic business, I was unsure on where to buy my tub from until I met Nalam. She was amazing and left me totally at ease with everything. She answered all of my 407 questions I asked perfectly. The lads delivered the tub within 2 weeks and were early as well so I didn’t waste a day waiting around, nothing was too much trouble for them. They delivered the tub and went off to do another delivery while I filled it. I bought the Atlantis which I filled with hot water, when the lads came back to explain how to use the control panel I couldn’t believe how well the fully insulated tub kept its heat from the morning when I filled it with no power. 6 hours later and with no power when it was turned on the temperature still read 36’c. I’m so pleased with the whole process from first consultation to final fit.

What a great experience! I'm not just talking about my lovely new Oasis hot tub. The customer service from Nalam and team was friendly, professional and efficient. Having previously owned an inflatable hot tub, I was slightly nervous about hot tub maintenance. I needn't have worried: everything was clearly explained and my hot tub has been nothing but a delight. I can't wait to get back from work for a relaxing soak, followed by a great night's sleep.

Highly recommend! After finally deciding to buy a hot tub, we wanted to visit a showroom so we could see them in real life. Roman Spas was the second showroom we visited, we met Nalam who was very patient with us and gave us so much information that we felt comfortable to put an order on the Atlantis there and then! Nothing has been too much trouble and Nalam, her communication, friendliness and professionalism has been way above and beyond what i expected. She followed up with all the information needed on email and phone after our visit and after installation - couldn't have asked for more. That same service was received on the day when installed, a lot of time spent making sure we were comfortable with everything. The support before and after is something i don't think you would get from many companies. Thanks for making the experience a good one, we love our hot tub.

Nalem was fantastic, very friendly, nothing was too much hassle and she ensured every step of our purchase and delivery was seamless. She also provided every bit of information needed both before and after delivery.
The delivery team were equally as impressive. Arrived bang on time, friendly, speedy set up and went through all the control settings and answered all questions in a concise and knowledgeable way.
We love the hot tub, so many cool features and really gives the garden that wow factor.
I cannot recommend highly enough.

From selection to installation of our hot tub Roman Spa's where fabulous.
Nalam and the team were a great support, answered all our questions quickly and provided loads of really clear advice for before installation and how to maintain our tub.
Our garden had really tricky access but the team were really proactive, where able to hatch a plan quickly and made all the necessary arrangements. The delivery team were outstanding, charming throughout the very difficult delivery which went extremely smoothly.
Besides the great service all the team were friendly, made us feel relaxed and great to plan the project alongside.

Nalam has been brilliant; she responded to my after hours enquiry right away, was very knowledgable and informative and helped me understand the differences between the spas to make a decision. Communication through to delivery was great. On the day of delivery the 2 man delivery team were also great; super helpful, explained all the features, and how to properly maintain the hot tub along with dos and donts. Hot tub delivered today and wow wow wow. The whole process was superb and I was informed all the time making sure it all fits. The delivery guys were superb and nothing was to much trouble and they stayed and explained everything when tub was full. Cannot wait to use it now and thank you Roman Spa for an excellent product.

Absolutely fabulous service from start to finish! Called in the showroom on Sunday and 4 days later I have my tub in situ. It was not an easy delivery but the guys were fab! Two hour deliver slot communicated and kept to. Excellent customer service. Special thank you to Nalam - brilliant.

Absolute first class service from start to finish! After being let down by another hot tub company we spotted Roman Spas on the internet. After call to Nalam who was very informative and helped us decide which hot tub was best for us we ordered with a delivery date in three weeks ( the other company had us waiting 5 months and no guarantee of a date!!)

Today, Monday 27/ 9 /21 we had our oasis hot tub delivered and we are thrilled to bits with the colour , model and it’s performance. Roman spas has gone above and beyond with everything, we live 170 miles away from Roman spas so we didn’t go. Instead I had a long chat with Nalam on the phone and after listening to her knowledge and expertise I knew straight away this Is who I will buy my tub from. From start to finish she has been excellent keeping me informed about everything and today on delivery Alex and Ben came for 9 am. Those lads must of set off between 4 and 5 am to get here for 9. They were both excellent and nothing was to much trouble for them. They heaved it about and put it exactly where I wanted it and once filled they explained everything in great detail and answered all my questions before leaving one very happy customer. I’ve spoke to a few people lately who have bought hot tubs from other companies and they have had them delivered and handed an instruction manual and basically told to work it out for yourselves but not Roman spas , if your thinking about buying one then don’t hesitate, these guys are a1

Excellent service and delivery of our hot tub. Fantastic customer service, before and after. Very good prices.

Great customer service both before and after our purchase. I had been unsure if we would be able to get a got tub into our garden as the access is quite narrow, but the delivery guys did a great job. Really friendly and helpful when setting it up and explaining how to use it. All in all, really satisfied!

Our hot tub had arrived today. Fabulous company to deal with. From our visit to the showroom right up to and including delivery we can not fault the service.
Nalam answered all our questions supported us through the order process and arranged delivery. We were pleasantly surprised that this was a Saturday. We were given a 2 hour delivery window Alex and Ben were our delivery crew and they were tremendous. Really got us involved and showcased our tub to perfection.
Nalam messaged us following delivery with post delivery information to assist us in using and caring for our tub in the first few weeks.
