This is not a review as such. I would like to know how accurate the walking distances are. Google maps are nowhere near accurate. I am planning a trip to London and Paris which will involve for me quite a bit of walking

I had problems with Rome2Rio app, it wasn't loading properly, so I deleted the app and tried to download a new one, but I can't do it, it doesn't download anymore on my Samsung Galaxy A54. It says, it's only available for older versions. What can I do, how to download the app ?

I used this website to plan my trip from New York to Warren, PA. Problems began after arriving in Buffalo. It turned out there were no regular buses to the next city, requiring a taxi ride. I had to travel to another city, far from Warren. The website estimated taxi costs between $13-$18. However, there were no taxi companies in Salamanca. I had to call a taxi from another city and paid $150. The website's information was incorrect or outdated, putting travelers in unpleasant situations due to reliance on this site

We’ve looked further into this route for you (New York to Warren, PA). The bus we show from Buffalo to Salamanca only runs once a day, so you would have missed it for the day. While our results show that there are taxis within Salamanca however, we currently don’t have any active taxi listed on our results for this town. As indicated our taxi prices are always only estimates, so we always advise users to confirm any costs directly with the provider. When undertaking multi-leg journeys it’s always a good idea to check that the schedules match up.

Rome2Rio used to work
Rome2Rio used to work. And quickly. Whether the only transportation was by pickup truck, R2R would nail it! Now, it sucks. I was told just now R2R can't find me transportation TOMORROW from LAX to a town in AZ because the trip is "TOO FAR IN THE FUTURE"!!!!! Rome2Rio is DEAD TO ME. The new owners killed it. Ruined it. Screwed it and its former faithful users RAW.

It was one of the worst possible customer service that I've experienced. I made a reservation and the confirmatory email for that booking was never received at the registered email. It's been well over a week, I've been writing to them to cancel my booking (after providing them all the relevant info pertaining to the booking) but it seems as if all my requests are falling on deaf ears!

Great Planning tool
I use this planning tool when I am traveling , especially when I am going from one town to another. It's great that you can see the mileage and different ways of transportation. Sometimes I will plan different trips just to see different routes and then picked the best. I tend to use Airbnb for stays but it is great to have the option of hotels for that area. It is a great tool, my only reason for a 4 star is that I would love it if I could share this trip. But it won't share when you plan multi stops.
