I found the website easy to view and get the information needed to order. However, I was unable to purchase as a guest and then use Pay Pal. I persevered as they clearly had the item I wanted. I eventually ordered on line (not pay pal) and then talking to our builder had to add an item. On speaking to the company they were very helpful and everything went smoothly with the order arriving in good time. I would recommend this company, but would ask them to test the ordering and payment process on line for a smoother purchasing experience..
