I was not previously aware of any issues until I received your email on 30th October 2024 advising that your order did not arrive on the scheduled delivery date we had provided. I then immediately took steps to resolve the situation. We promptly dispatched a replacement order through our distributor.

Only downside was I asked to be notified of delivery to divert locally. No mesage received and the first I heard was the sheets were on my doorstep. I had to then carry them.

Amazing service and support. We placed an order for some materials for a small project and then Daniel explained their supply chain were struggling, with potential delays ahead. Spoke to Vanessa and between the team, they managed to source an alternative option in super quick time. Cannot thank them enough as their efforts have kept our little project on track.

I called and Vanessa answered. She was friendly knowledgeable and went away to ask advice on a question they had never been asked before. Vanessa called me back within half an hour to say it was possible. She then emailed me the special order so I could pay and job done. Brilliant service.

Bad quality supa closer cavity closers
Ordered supa closer cavity closers, didn't get any notification on delivery, arrived home at night to find them thrown on my drive, packaging split and some damaged.
Upon fitting these they have all warped and split pulling the foam away from plastic.
When I informed company they said it was my fault for letting the sun shine on them for 4 weeks and said I should have fitted windows and doors straight away ! What before I finish building up ? I've wasted £200
Don't buy from here, inferior quality

I'm glad that you liked the products but I'm sorry to hear that you're not happy with the delivery cost.
I've had a look into this and can see that you ordered roof tiles that required bulk haulage to a remote delivery address on the west coast of Scotland (approx 400 miles from the warehouse). Inevitably, we were charged a much higher rate for delivery to such a remote location, than we would have been to the majority of UK addresses.
We're a small family business, and we pride ourselves on providing an honest service, so we're transparent about our delivery costs, displaying the total cost upfront in the basket and checkout pages after an address is entered and before an order is paid for. Allowing customers to source materials more locally if they don't wish to pay for a delivery service.
Other companies in our sector will accept an order on their website but then if delivery is to a remote location, place it 'on hold' until an additional payment is made by their customer.
