Excellent customer service and advice
Contacted Roofing Megastores for help getting materials for a building project for the family, told them what I thought I needed and when I explained the job they came back with a revised list which worked out cheaper and less work. The prices were very reasonable and the delivery was swift. I could not ask for a better service and if I need roofing materials for future jobs they will be my first call.

Total pain in the a**e
Delivery turned up on a truck that the driver couldn’t unload. Had to leave site and handball the roofing off ourselves.
Ecopan plus roofing sheets supplied with 12 point hex head screws and no bit to drive them in. On their website, it showed a normal 10mm socket head. Nowhere local had a bit to fit so had to buy another box of screws from Screwfix.
Roofing sheets weren’t perfect either. Didn’t really fit together on the overlaps like they should.

Regarding the screws, we apologise if they did not meet your expectations. These screws are the standard ones for this product, and we have already initiated a refund process for them.

Extremely expensive shipping costs
Ordered four small packets of screws at £11 and they charged me £40 for shipping ...total £50. Customer services guy was not very understanding and hid behind his T&Cs ...would not accept that this was unreasonable

Beware of what you are ordering…
I ordered a product (flashing tape) and received a different brand. I queried this and was told it was correct. Nowhere on the website did it say what I ordered was that brand, which I could have easily bought cheaper from different suppliers. Be careful - they don’t tell the truth in product descriptions.
Post reply edit: Thank you for your response. Adding a brand allows one to compare price which was not possible here. I have paid more for this product because I was not able to shop around, as I thought I was buying a superior product.

Having taken a look at your order, we can see that you ordered our Corotherm flashing tape. Within the description of this product it clearly says "please note that whilst this tape is not Corotherm branded, it is recommended by the manufacturer for use with polycarbonate sheet".
We use the Corotherm name on our website so that customers who are purchasing Corotherm sheets are able to find it. But the exact brand of flashing tape can change on occasion, but the quality nor suitability change. It is for this reason we do not include a brand in the imagery and introduced the above mentioned line in the product's description.

Delivery times far longer than…
Delivery times far longer than specified. Ordered (called to double check ) poly carb sheets. 3-6 day delivery stated on order. Order placed before mid day on Tuesday. Delivery is now being dispatched on Monday for a Friday delivery. 8 business days.
When asking the sales manager. They state the ‘delivered within ‘ on the site actually means estimated lead time.
My emails asking about delivery times were also ignored to begin with so I’d generally say avoid if you’re running any sort of schedule.

GOT IT COVERED
NAVIGATING THE SITE TO THE ITEMS I WANTED WAS SO EASY. THEN JUST CLICK COLOR AND ANYTHING ELSE I NEEDED FOR MY JOB AND CLICK PAY. THAT TOOK ME TO PAYMENT OPTIONS AND THAT WAS IT. ALL DONE WITHIN10 MINUTES.

THE DELIVERY DRIVER TEXT ME ON FRIDAY EVENING TO SAY WHAT TIME HE WOULD BE ARRIVING ON THE MONDAY. WOW WHAT SERVICE.
I WAS OFF WORK ANYWAY TO RECEIVE THE DELIVERY AND HE SAID HE WOULD BE THERE 7.30 AM WHICH WAS GREAT. HE ARRIVED SPOT ON TIME. HE UNLOADED THE ITEMS AND PASSED THEM OVER MY WALL WHICH SAVED ME LOADS OF TIME WALKING AROUND WITH THEM ALL.
HIS NAME IS DINGLE AND DESERVES A MENTION.

Delivery Information not anywhere near clear enough.
They do not deliver to Northern Ireland (unless it is really worth their while I imagine).
When placing an order and entering a Northern Ireland delivery address, at no point does the website indicate that they do not deliver to NI. This would be an exceptionally easy add-on to their checkout system. You can read their delivery terms if you go looking for them, but why they don't make this more obvious is anyone's guess.
Took my order, including £50+ for delivery. Emailed me later to say no we can't deliver. Now being told I must wait up to 14 days for a refund.

polycarbonate sheet 6mm clear
Product : Force 6mm Solid Polycarbonate Sheet - Clear - Cut To Size Poor
Only been fitted for a few days. I’m not an expert on polycarbonate but it seems ok. What I’m not happy with is the service. I ordered my made to measure sheets at made to measure prices on the 8th June and within an hour of ordering I found another company which was £300 cheaper.so I tried to cancel my order but was informed because it was made to measure I could not cancel. As you can imagine I was a little disappointed but thought it was my own fault for not looking thoroughly, so I just cut my losses. Then I was informed my sheets would be delivered on the 28th June so I had to reschedule my joiner for the 8th July. I then received an email to say it would arrive on the 21st June so I could have kept my original date for joiner to start the work on the 24th. The joiner started work on the 8th July. I received a message at work to say that 4 of the 5 sheets were the wrong size !! I asked if we could work round this and he said yes we could. As I just wanted it finished I said to just go ahead and fit the sheets. I then emailed the company to inform them and they asked for photos of width and length of the sheets so they could try to rectify the problem. I informed them that the roof was already assembled as I wanted the job completed. I sent them photos but they said it wasn’t enough as they needed a tape measure against it to “I’m guessing “ prove I wasn’t lying. I emailed back to say that the picture clearly shows the size difference but I have had no more contact. I paid nearly £1500 for the 5 sheets to be cut to my bespoke measurements and I clearly did not received what I paid for !! My advice would be to look around before choosing this company.
They responded to my review from another site saying “sorry for any inconvenience “ and recommended I use a fine hacksaw to “trim” the sheets ! I’m pretty sure that’s what I paid them for !!
