We were searching for a corrugated roof for our pergola as the birds were making a terrible mess on our furniture. We found Roofing Megastore on line and they provided the perfect size and delivery options. Easy to order on line, price was great and delivery quick. Driver put sheets where we wanted them and the fitting was easy. Does the job perfectly.

Very poor customer service
Products were decent, but delivery was scheduled between 6am and 9am (and arrived at 545am), which is too early for a delivery which their communications explained you need to help with.
They offer very little in the way of installation guides, either with the product or online and essentially leave it up to you to figure out.
I installed one bar incorrectly, and when I wrote to them to ask about how to fix it, they basically said it's not designed to be removed and it's not our problem.

Asked Roofing Megastore to exchange two Roof Window Flashing kits (unopened) after our builder gave them wrong sizes. They were astonishingly rude, unhelpful.and aggressive - more interested in having an argument than providing any sort of customer service. I will not be dealing with Roofing Megastore again.

Unfortunately, this is beyond the time frame specified for reporting any issues, which is clearly outlined in both the confirmation email and on our website. As it is now September, we regret that we are unable to take further action. We can also confirm that a team member had provided you with a list of options to choose from before processing the order. Additionally, as the items are custom-made, they are non-returnable.

This worked well, the materials calculator works well and makes sure you have all the parts you need, although does need checking. Only comment would be that the notice of when the delivery was going to land could have been longer tallow me to make arrangements.
All in all, I would do this again.

Excellent company for price and quality product.
Excellent company for price, quality of product and easy to use website. Online calculator really good, you get just what you need so avoids over or under ordering. Delivery time not too long. Only downside is not getting a time slot/am or pm for delivery, so have to stay in until it arrives. This year have ordered Vistalux 1.1mm PVC Corrugated Sheet - ASB 3in Heavy Duty - Clear for mine, my neighbours and my mother’s lean-to’s.
