I wouldn't bother, there are plenty of other companies out there that actually care about customer service.
I rang for some technical information just prior to placing an online order and the woman at the end of the phone was immediately rude and offensive about something entirely different to what I had called about.
I ended the call feeing very angry about the way I was treated, following that I tried to speak to someone via email about the experience and they only focused on the same thing the first person, probably the same person that was rude to me. Totally unprofessional.
Just take a look at all of the other poor reviews, that tells you enough.

I paid for a product online
I paid for a product online. I received a email the next morning from them asking for more money for delivery because of a so called glitch online!!! When I refused to pay more I was told that my order will be cancelled. I asked for a refund and 10 days later have received nothing not only that I've been ignored when I've emailed them. The worst customer service I've ever seen. I would highly recommend keeping far away from this company!!!!

The worst customer service I have ever experienced.
We were given 5 separate delivery days and having read the small print if you aren't in you pay for further deliveries so better make sure you are. 3 days annual leave wasted and a day unpaid to the cost of £180 and it still hadn't arrived. 4 emails sent, all ignored!
The company process and lack of communication has left us out of pocket and we have been told as a 'good will gesture' we can have a refund on the delivery cost. All the additional costs are our problem. I get the problem doesn't necessarily lie with roofing megastore but the lack of communication/false information and outright ignoring emails which led to the loss of earning is their fault!
Plenty more companies can provide the same product with a better service! AVOID!

Ordered roof insulation and was given a date. Nothing turned up and no phone call, Said they'd try to ring but got no answer, but failed to leave a message for us to get in touch. Hung on the phone for nearly forty minutes listening to how efficient they are repeated over and over. Insulation turned up a week after the delivery date and was delivered kerbside. I unpacked it quickly but the driver refused to take the pallet back. Never use them again!

Ordered from these cowboys , told in stock on the phone , paid for them only to get a email days after to say out of stock for another 10 days but arrived another week after delivery date .
I needed for a job and realy messed me up .
When arrived one of the pieces was damaged , I bought elsewhere to finish the job ..A very stressful experience .
1 star is the lowest I can go on here !

Roofing Sheets cut to customers required length. …
The roofing sheets are good the fact they are cut to the correct length is great and there is no waste. I am in the process of re roofing my shed /workshop built some 20 years ago which then I wanted a steel sheet roof but there wasn’t anywhere that cut the sheet to length and to buy the sheets in the factory lengths would have made a lot of waste of which I would have been paying for.
The delivery cost is acceptabe and the delivery drivers are great, had a second delivery to a friend the access was not good the driver managed well.

I placed an order via the web. Phoned them the next day and needed to change it: no problem, i'll change it right away. Called them three weeks later, and got a detailed update on the status, including notes of my earlier amendment. I'm very happy with the attention and personal concern their staff give to my order being right.

just an online agent with little support
well firstly they dont actually have anything to sell they are just an agent with lots of keywords and paying adds to get you to buy then the items can be randomly sent again as they dont organise it so i had to be present on three times which was an inconvenience to say the least. forget about returns as they don't accept them even though i emailed them three times and got no response, so its just sell and forget , this was my third order and found sales team unhelpful, one technical question was shown to have little knowledge of roofing, as the corrugated roof overlap was not known and sent me to an another online portal to read there instructions.

Delivery on time. Drivers was lovely delivered to where I asked them to. Had to return a couple of bits that was super easy with no issues. Bought a roofing pack with some pre cut bits. Everything was absolutely spot on.

The product is great quality especially for the price. The delivery was exactly as expected saving time and worry.
The initial contact with the company seemed a possible sticking as didn't know from site if order was recorded or not and had infact to reorder. This may be due to Sunday business practices or sick staff.
