I orded anough materials for a new roof for my summerhouse and the adverst on their wwbsite stated high quality materials ext, so i paid £320 for 2 sheets plus all the extras to attach it all, well 2 weeks later when i fanaly had delivery only 4 out of 10 item arrived and the sheets was such low quality i mean really poor chinese rubbish sometging that they sell in my local diy for £12 but they had the neck to cahrge me £78 for i was not happy,
I emailed fist that was ignored to then called but they are not playing ball stating that this rubbish is cut to order and canot be returned, then after i told them i do not want anything except my refund, they then stated that they had resent the missing items, why after i told them i want a refund, these people clearly specalise in conning people online and must be avoided at all times

Buyer BEWARE. The website looks good, professional even but that's where it ends. Customer service and communication, abysmal. Delivery of goods, in your dreams. Fortunately I have paid by credit card so will be reclaiming though my card provider. You have been warned!

As most reviews have mentioned the moronic delivery company they use, what annoyed me was Roofing Megastore's apathetic response to having to wait an extra day for delivery as the driver couldn't read a map. Had to pay the roofer for his lost day. Never use this company again.
Delays, no delivery horrendous customer service may be a scam
Delays in delivery then given a 48 hour window with someone needing to be there. Not delivered.
Message to say delivery will be between 10:00 and 13:00 the next day.

Received a call to say it had been delivered but it hasn’t and I have been here all day waiting.

A really bad experience
On their web site the Roofing megastore shows 300 plus 5 star ratings. That has certainly not been my experience. The web site is slick bus sadly that is as far as it goes. I placed an order on 30 June with a promised delivery time of 2 to 4 weeks. I finally got my goods on 15 September delivered 60 miles from where I need it because they were incapable of delivering to site on a given day. Poor communication and a general lack of effort once they had my money.

Really awful. Customer services team are friendly and helpful when you call. But if you try to cancel an order or return, the service is atrocious. It's been over a week with no reply. Don't risk it.
Terrible customer service, rip off costs.
£1000 material cost £350 to deliver. Delivery window was a month after ordering, which is already a lot. They've then delayed the delivery by a month, without telling me. The only way I found out was by ringing them multiple times to chase this up, each time being told "we'll get back to you" only to hear nothing. Now I have an estimated delivery window two months after I ordered, which isn't guaranteed; so my products still might not be here when they say. Obviously my client is annoyed and I'm out of pocket. Disgraceful service with rip-off costs.

Sent in drawings for a quote, I received a quote and paid for it, come delivery day I realised that they had only sent me rubber for half the roof, 1million emails and phone calls later they admitted it was short by half. I sent it back and then received the "correct quote" £250 more expensive . I paid and another week later received my order. They had incorrectly assumed the fall of the roof meaning there was not enough of the correct trims. After another million emails and phone calls and 6 weeks of wasted time, they email me saying no the 1 x 2.5m trim is correct for a 5m run?? Complete incompetence start to finish.

One Star – utterly disgraceful service, avoid at all costs
I placed an order with Roofing Megastore on 3rd May, with a promised delivery date of 30th May. That date came and went without a single update or explanation. After chasing them multiple times, I requested a refund—quite reasonably, given they'd failed to deliver.
Instead of processing the refund, they ignored my request entirely and told me they'd deliver the product by 24th June. Against my better judgement, I gave them the benefit of the doubt. Yet again, nothing arrived.
So here I am, nearly two months on, still without the product, without a refund, and with absolutely no faith left in this company. Communication is a joke—emails are ignored, calls are met with vague platitudes, and no one takes ownership of anything. It’s as if once they’ve taken your money, you no longer exist.
This experience has been an expensive, frustrating, and time-wasting disaster. Roofing Megastore has shown a complete disregard for basic customer service, contractual responsibility, and common decency. I wouldn’t recommend them to my worst enemy.
If you value your time, money, and sanity—do not order from this company.
Placed an order for some Poly sheeting
Placed an order for some Poly sheeting, 2 weeks later no update on the delivery so I cancelled the order and asked for a refund. It's now 3/6/25 and no sign of my refund
Classic bond EPDM flat roof kit
I recently purchased Classic Bond - EPDM flat roof kit. All the bits were there, the installation is not difficult. There are helpful video guides to remove any uncertainty. I have a high confidence this is going to work.
In short, I would do this again, I previously thought flat roofs were a disaster, not any more!
Usual dismal performance
Like all these drop-ship type businesses once the product leaves their hands they don't care about it. Their 'proforma' email seems to talk about 'current' strains on delivery networks and estimates the delivery pushing the delivery to piss poor delivery companies who go NOWHERE without a full load. dont expect sparkling performance

Crazy standard postage prices for small items. Cost more than the goods themselves! £20 wanted for a few spacer pads.
Much cheaper options elsewhere with suppliers who do not need to make massive profit on the postage they charge, at the expense of the customer
I wouldn't bother
I wouldn't bother, there are plenty of other companies out there that actually care about customer service.
I rang for some technical information just prior to placing an online order and the woman at the end of the phone was immediately rude and offensive about something entirely different to what I had called about.
I ended the call feeing very angry about the way I was treated, following that I tried to speak to someone via email about the experience and they only focused on the same thing the first person, probably the same person that was rude to me. Totally unprofessional.
Just take a look at all of the other poor reviews, that tells you enough.
