Really prompt and helpful advice from Ken was spot on and helped save me £££.

I have just ordered snowchains, but due to me living in the highlands Scotland the courier was wanting a exssesive surcharge, John advised I could get them collected and kindly explained how, I required the dimensions of the package in order to do this Ken measured and weighed them and sent details by email within minutes.

I bought a Thule bike rack from these guys almost two years ago. The initial transaction was all very straight forward, and the delivery was all super simple. All great stuff, but pretty much what a I would expect to be honest.

Move forward to now and I’ve unfortunately had an issue with the bike rack which has meant I needed to make a Thule warranty claim. Throughout the process they’ve been absolutely excellent, acting as intermediaries between myself and Thule, arranging collection, warranty repair and return of the bike rack, and giving me a dedicated, named person I could deal with throughout the claim.

What could have been a real pain in the backside was made as simple and stress free as possible. You often wonder if buying online means sacrificing customer service, but if my experience is anything to go by these guys and gals are the full package, great value and excellent customer service.

I wouldn’t hesitate to buy from them again.

Phoned up to get some info and got through straight away to a helpful, cheery guy.

Item arrived next day as promised, well packaged and with the lock barrels changed as requested.

I recently purchased Thule roof bars for a Range Rover Evoque and I have four comments of praise:

1. Excellent website, I was able to search and find the exact parts I needed within seconds. Furthermore there were downloadable fitting instructions plus a You Tube video showing assembly.

2. Very competitive price, I had been looking at the same product on the Halfords website, which was very confusing. Even with my car club 10% discount, Halfords price was still far more expensive, no assembly help other than they would fit the roof bars for me but at a cost of £15.

3. I ordered the roof bars on Wednesday morning and they arrived here in Aberdeenshire the following morning, which is quite amazing!

4. Despite being extremely well packed and many layers of bubble wrap, there was some minor damage to one of the roof bars. I reported the damage immediately by email and within minutes received a phone call from Ken at Roofracks.co.uk and the matter was resolved immediately. Great first class service, if that had been Amazon I would have spent the entire day searching their FAQ’s and communicating with robots!

I would definitely recommend this company and will spread the word on my car club forums.

Just ordered a roof rack for my jeep they arrived two days later which was brilliant. On unwrapping them I found one of the boxes damaged this is where your heart sinks and the damage went through to one of the roof bars inside. I called straight away and was asked to send some photos of the damage which I did within half an hour a gentleman called to arrange for a replacement bar to be delivered at my convenience. Brilliant service it’s when things go wrong you find out how good a company is.

What a fantastic company - I had no clue what to buy for my boss's car but I called Roofracks and they talked me through the entire process even sending me pictures of similar cars so I could see the size of the box in relation to the car. I cannot rate them highly enough - they made my day 100 times easier. Thank you

Ordered Thule replacement parts, shipping to Canada, that were no longer available anywhere in North America. Order arrived
quickly with all the appropriate documentation to clear customs easily and was well packaged. Great customer service in calculating the

spoke to a salesperson about a thule spare part. the guy seemed impatient and had an incredibly unhelpful manner over the phone. they quoted me a price and found the same part delivered for much less from exeter roof racks.
