We had a substantial roofing project completed by Rooftekadvance, and overall, we’re very pleased. From the start, the team stood out with their professionalism, efficiency, and responsive communication. They tackled a complex job with quality materials and great attention to detail, even working through challenging weather conditions. The result is a well-finished roof that meets high standards, complete with reliable guarantees. While no project is ever completely perfect, the team’s polite and hard-working approach made the process much easier. We’re happy with the result and would recommend Rooftekadvance for similar works.

Good workers - very polite, efficient, didn't leave a mess, worked in freezing cold temperature, and the finished job looked tidy afterwards.

A large outdated felt roof was replaced with a far superior roof and waterproofing system to include a 20 year warranty. The work was carried out as planned, Leigh and his team worked hard despite difficult weather conditions. We would 100 per cent recommend.

We were very keen on creating a green roof as part of re-doing our flat roof and invited several companies to provide a quote for a fairly sizeable piece of work.

contractor went into liquidation. Not an ease project to take over due to most of the works on the single ply memberane being started but not completed.

Great experience couldn’t fault there work. They fitted my 10m x 5m flat roof with water outlets & roof light . Very professional & friendly manner, easy to communicate with and very knowledgable in what they do , would highly recommend Rooftek Advance ,

We first met two of your guys today when they came to our rescue, not over a flat roof but because of an unexpected flat tyre in the most embarrassing circumstances. They rushed over to help us and in five minutes or so had swapped the flat for the spare before they had a chance to eat their lunch! If this example of being voluntary Good Samaritans is anything to go by then we would expect their skills and total professionalism as roofers will be of equal or higher proficiency!
They were so quick, polite and affable that we were so stunned by their impromptu help that we didn't even get their names. Shame on us !

Anyway, we will certainly seek their roofing expertise when we have need
(soon) because of our 20 year old flat roof and will recommend them to friends and neighbours. Oh by the way we're none decrepit 70 year olds and I had just got the jack and kit out of the boot of the Golf GT when the lads took over......they deserve not only our praise and thanks but the support of any sensible homeowner!

Works completed in agreed time:
Front & rear dormers on our chalet style house stripped back, fully insulated.
New flat roofs laid, existing tiles replaced with cladding & new leading.

Existing flat porch removed & replaced with a pitched & tiled roof.

The rooms upstairs are lovely & warm now.
