Excellent service provided. Great communication from the first call to providing the quote and completing the work for a leaking balcony roof. The quality of the work was excellent and they even carried out some other minor repairs to the main house roof for no additional cost while they were there. The workman were on time each day and very polite and took away the old roof fittings that were replaced. Very happy customer.

Leigh and his team have provided an excellent service. Great communication from quotation to works being completed. His team were great to have on site in a busy retail environment, they were always happy to accommodate and be flexible. Rooftek Advance Ltd was one of five companies that came to quote for repairs to my flat roof. Leigh Halabi Managing Director, came out quickly and did a thorough survey of the roof and whilst waiting for the other four companies to complete their quotes, due to the awful weather we were experiencing in August, offered to try and repair the main leak to my bedroom roof, which was as a result of severe storm damage. Leigh undertook this work, FOC and instructed his men to carry out the work, whilst he went on holiday the very next day. Despite being away, he kept us fully informed with pictures of the repair work.

Unfortunately, my insurance company went for the lowest quote and so we were not able to give the work to Rooftek, which was obviously disappointing especially as they had shown a determination to rectify the situation at their expense, whilst waiting to see if they were going to get the job. I found Leigh to be very professional, diligent and conscientious and thank him for the time and effort he put into supplying me with the quote and for the repair work.

Excellent quality product and installation to quite a complex roof consisting of a flat roof and pitched too, both merging into an existing pitched roof. The new pitched roof had the Alkorsolar profiles installed, ready to receive an unusual timber clad roof.
