I wrote a review earlier regarding lack of response from the service team at roofvents.com. They have recently gotten in contact with me and overnighted my vents to meet my schedule. The package arrived the next day and was in good condition. Definitely satisfied with the product and service.

The vent arrived damaged. It was in a sturdy corrugated box, which was perfectly intact when I received it. However, the box was much larger than the vent, which was just placed loose in the box, along with one small loose piece of bubble wrap. The vent was not protected at all from crashing around inside the box.
I opted to bend the vent back into shape, use some screws to hold it together, and patch up the damaged finish coating, rather than hassle with a return and a delay in installation. It seems clear the damage occurred either inside the undamaged box during transit, or, worse, at the factory before it was packed

Delivery time was excellent and product does what I needed. Very satisfied.

Have been using two solar powered vents for a couple of years with great success and recently added an additional 3 to aid in venting the ridge on my home. Completely satisfied with this product.

The lead time was totally unacceptable to anyone experienced with Internet ordering! Two Weeks??? I placed my order on 10-22 and two days later I received the "shipping cost estimate," which I accepted and paid in full within less than 2 hours. Well, the two roof vents finally arrived late this evening and, based on two warnings you sent, I noticed that the box was damaged and I opened the package before signing the delivery receipt. Sure enough, one of the vents was bent (though easily corrected). The UPS delivery person noted that the packaging used was inadequate and I fully agreed. Later I discovered that the 8 self-tapping screws that should have been included were not in the box. Not a huge deal, but not right either. Do you have a distributor in CA. We need about 3 dozen more of these for our building but the lead time and shipping costs are excessive. Thank you for letting me vent!!!

Product came packaged very well. In a timely manner. All is well.

I purchased a AV-4 Vent. It was well packaged and fit the 4" pipe perfect.
I ordered it power coated Umbra Gray and received the unit unpainted. Was a little inconvenient, as I had to take picture of the Vent showing it's unpainted state to receive a credit. Had to learn how to do that. I purchased a can of black spray paint and painted the pipe and vent looks good. Customer service was very pleasant. Overall happy with my purchase.

I ordered the 4” Solar Aura Solar Fan PVC Cap finished in brown powder coat and have it mounted on my cabin roof. It seems to run without any problems this past summer; I will be using it to pull exhaust for a composting toilet next summer in addition to a solar battery fan pushing air. The fit and finish appear to be of high quality and I would highly recommend any products made by roofvents.com.

We placed an order that we patiently waited for almost 2 months to receive, but after many follow up phone calls made on our part and excuses from Active Ventilation we finally had to cancel and source our fan elsewhere. Every time we called we got an excuse about why the project was delayed. Basically, I think they forgot about it. Several times. When we finally had enough of the same excuse and asked to cancel the order, we were met with an argument and poor attitude. Definitely one of the more strange and disappointing transactions we've had with another business.

Ordered was on time and very easy to install

Product was as expected, perfect fit of existing 'turbine' vent. Installation was a breeze because was perfect. Five stars because of great customer service. - Original product arrived damaged due to carrier (UPS) dropping. Product was quickly replaced. Would recommend.

Online ordering was easy and product shipped quickly.

Color was not the same as web picture. Metal gage is thin. Will make a good shed vent. Will try and sale vents.

The product exceeded expectations. I bought it online, without any experience in what i wanted for a vent for a bathroom fan but knew i had little room between upstairs bathroom ceiling and roof line. So five stars for the product. Three stars for communication of when the product would ship. After three weeks i called to find out the product would likely ship the same or next day. I can't help but feel my call prompted the shipment. Your system lacked a follow-up email to advise customer of shipment. All i got was the order was sent to manufacturing. Also the ordering process was cumbersome, having to wait on a shipment cost after ordering. Expensive shipping $18 for an $18 vent. For a regular UPS cross-country fee for a part that weighed a few ounces seemed high.
