Very helpful.
I couldn't find one of the items that I wanted on the web page so phoned up and spoke to a very helpful lady. She set up a personalised basket and added the items for me. She even phoned me back the next morning to say that the items were actually in stock and had been dispatched. Very helpful. Thankyou.

Hi Alan, due to this being a spare part order, they are manufactured to order and sometimes carry a longer lead time than advised. Your part arrived from manufacturing yesterday and will be dispatched today from us.

Ordered 3 windows and flashing , everything damaged, the customer service team kind and responsive, however I don’t feel the manufacturing team had any empathy my new order is ridiculously long and no feeling they are prioritising, subsequently my builders have found other works , this is due to no definitive date for new order given

Very poor after sales
I had an email conversation that took days due to late responses. Now I have to wait an unspecified time for the part that was damaged and is not covered under warranty. As it’s impossible to prove either way I have no leg to stand on

Hi Dean, our sales emails are up to a 48-hour turn around on enquiries during busy periods, and the emails in question were replied to within this time frame. This also took longer due to multiple questions to ensure the right part was sent out to you and no more time would be wasted.
