Assistance getting the correct part and quick delivery

Excellent customer service, keeping in touch with expected despatch dates and letting me know of any changes. Once out for delivery this was exceptionally fast.

Really easy to use the website and order the correct product.

Out of 3 windows 2 come with damaged parts of which one had hole in it,after raising the issue with supplier i was told that unless i raise complaint within 48 hours of delivery i have to buy damaged parts myself so i highly recomend to open and check all the parts on delivery rather then wait for installation, there were missing screws ,flashing and other kits have to be bought separetly,if installing with slate thicker then 5mm per tile expect slight headache, over all nice wooden finish and look

Good loft ladder - I couldn't find any other supplier of the size I wanted (130cm x 70cm). I haven't fitted it yet, but I'm familiar with a similar one in use elsewhere.
It's fairly pricey, but I don't mind paying for good quality. However, I then had to make separate arrangements and pay for somebody else to deliver it to the Isle of Wight, which is moderately annoying, hence the 4 star rather than 5 star review.

It does what I wanted brilliantly and importantly it is easy to use.

Damaged product, having to wait 3 weeks for replacement. Confusing ordering system thought I was dealing with falcro, who on my first phone call seemed well informed, when I phoned again the person seemed to have less knowledge about the product than I did & seemed like she was doing her washing up while talking to me. Instructions with loft ladder very poor & why don’t you provide. Architrave linings with a mitre on all ends v? Very poor . The packing of product was also poor if it had better protection the damage would not have accrued.

A great product at a competitive price, waited a little longer than expected but other than that, no complaints.

Fakro blinds don’t fit window. Numerous messages back and forth. Going on three weeks now . Absolutely useless customer service. You can’t even get call back from engineer. It gets worse. They now want me to sign a form confirming I will pay engineer 300 pounds for a visit even though they know blind doesn’t fit

Very good product and excellent finish

There will be a 35% admin fee on the credit and also, a £35 repacking fee for each item if the products require repacking.

I have had previous loft ladders which have finished flush inside the attic this ladder has two brackets which stand proud inside the attic which cause a trip hazard the ladder doesn’t feel as strong and the catch is not as good as others.

When we set foot on RW4Y Stand at Harrogate Renovating and Building Show, and after having a conversation with the RW4Y Team, Mike Hutchinson (Sales Manager). gave us all of the information we needed to satisfy us to make the correct decision of Roof Windows for our project.

There were various options to choose from and to suit anyone’s needs whatever project you are planning eg: listed buildings, old Barns and renovation projects, RW4Y cover it all.

After returning home, we wanted to check our measurements and style of roof window we wanted from RW4U’s fully detailed information booklet,
We placed our order with Mike who covered everything we needed to know, from courier to despatch date to suit us.

The delivery was swift and effortless.
When the windows arrived we fully checked everything over. The windows were very well boxed up and secure and very happy with the excellent quality. Great instructions to follow for fitting and very clear.

We still have them to fit but we’ve had a long delay due to some personal family issues.
But looking forward to fitting then soon.

I would recommend anyone looking for roof windows which are well made.
