The technical support was awesome
My controller for my skylight window had been ruined by corroded batteries. I telephoned the company and ordered a new controller which arrived sooner than expected. For the life of me I was unable to set up the new controller. In desperation I phoned the company again and the Tech guy was brilliant. Courteous, patient and couldn’t be more helpful. Controller working beautifully and so needed during the heatwave.

Blind was delivered on the date expected.
Am very happy with the blind, it looks good (nice green colour) and is effective in blocking the heat.
Everything listed in the fitting instructions leaflet was there. Instructions clear and easy to follow.

Terrible delivery experience
I cannot comment on the blinds as they were ordered on behalf of a client. However, the delivery was appalling with the most discourteous driver I have EVER encountered. He was having difficulty finding the property and was so rude on the 'phone that I hung up. He handed the items (which were large and heavy) to my client and offered no assistance in carrying them. It is obvious that my client has a severely bad back but no offer was forthcoming. RW4Y - you need to investigate this because if reflects so badly on your company.

Just to clarify that all deliveries are kerbside only and that it would be the driver's discretion to carry into a property boundary.
