Responded very quickly to my query over missing window bits and all solved as soon as was possible.

Products are good - our windows and blinds are fifteen years old now, and we have just had the first need to repair a blind.

However, very disappointed with Fakro Customer Service, a real "Computer says No" attitude - flat refusal to engage with us on either repair or replacement unless we could produce the blind's serial number and, despite thorough examination of the blind, we could not (we recall now there were some adhesive paper labels which came off after several years in the sunshine and which we did not keep).

We were subsequently able quite easily though to identify a replacement blind on Fakro's linked blind vendor partner's website - quite why Fakro's Customer Service couldn't/ wouldn't help us with that is a mystery.

It's a real shame that we will never know whether our original blind could have been repaired, which we would have preferred given the pattern is no longer available, so we now do not have a matching set in the room.

Also, it is a waste if we've had to throw the existing blind away, if it could have been repaired.

Quick response regarding my order, regular contact via e.mail with updates to ensure my order was ongoing, very helpful with my queries, order arrived as advised in the correct time frame.

Having ordered the replacement seals at the end of January they finally arrived 40 days later and not within the 20 days originally quoted which was disappointing.

RW4Y has eneacted the order so far perfectly. The only comment one can make is that the transport company did not as they had said phone or text with a time slot unlike every other transport company whom can give you a 1 or 2 hour window. Luckily we were available at time it arrived.
